Product arrived in good time and was very well packaged! The product itself was great and helped me out with my pest needs. Very satisfied!

Shocking. Order arrived leaking and broken. Emailed twice, rang several times, completed online Contact form, no reply and no refund. The item in question was flammable and toxic. Left on doormat in searing heat and no label on box indicating the nature of this item ie. hazardous. I struggle to give it even a 1 star rating.

Customer service is poor, they told me I should of recieved an email about a product no longer being stocked although this didn't happen, I had to contact them as its been 4 days since I placed the order and 0 updates. They replied fast when I told them I want a refund and instead they suggested a different product which I was initially ok with, but since they have again avoided contact I have now lost complete trust in this retailer and want my money back

I was a bit worried when I read the reviews but the item I ordered arrived within a week and was as described.

I ordered the wrong item and would like to either either exchange or refund. I tried the return form but it keeps on coming up non refundable so live chat and was notified to try again, this timed it opened, filled it in but it wouldn't access. I forwarded an email concerning this but still waiting....shame you have to give 1 ⭐

My order didn't arrive. Contacted company for an update who informed me I'd been refunded! I hadn't so I re-contacted them who argued in a badly worded email that they'd tried to contact me numerous times & as such no refund now due!!! Claim made via PayPal for full amount & I informed the company, who then said we refunded you, it wasn't a PayPal claim!!!

I ordered from them in the past and always received an amazing service .
The kindness and professionality of this people are incredible and their customer service is a 10/10.

What a great company to deal with, Needed some help and advice and spoke to a great guy on the phone who was patient and very helpful and recommended some options which we took and no more bugs!
If only all companies had a human at the end of the phone and not an automated bot!

having ordered and received a slightly incomplete confirmation, i checked the reviews here and immediately thought it was a fraud. But few days later got dispatch notice and EVRI tracking number - the Biopren i have ordered has been delivered today. so all in all, cant complain but communications could be a bit more reassuring.

Never got the goods, no answer from anyone and when you start digging the company has been dissolved since 2021 !

This company is a legitimate though the service I received is completely poor. It took at least 3 months for me to receive my order which meant me ordering a similar product from another manufacturer unaware that the order from this company was ever going to arrive. I tried emailing on a couple of occasions which was to no prevail and there was no phone number to reach the company either. If you use this company to purchase stock it will be at your own risk. Two stars because I actually received my order.

I ordered an ant killer from them. The product hadn't arrived so i sent a message requesting someone to look into the matter and i receive an email saying "since you are unhappy, we cancelled you order" After making me wait for a week they cancel my order because i complained of a late delivery. Very unprofessional.
