Service was ok but did not follow up on a lot of emails and questions I had.

I am happy with the result you got with latitude
But I sent you email after email about Suncorp and their email they sent were they clearly stated they charged $900 plus dollars for these insurances but still haven’t heard anything back yet

A lot of chasing them
Emails go unanswered and I've had to chase a few times (by phone), only to be told 'oh we haven't written to them yet', 2 months later because they apparently didn't have all the information needed by me, but I gave all that was asked at the beginning.

Not much help at all.
First off experience seemed great all documents and required paper work dealt with promptly. Now it’s been 3 month for one claim and 2 on the other and I haven’t heard anything back. Have requested updates on two occasions and never get a reply now. Starting to wonder if it’s a scam.
