Absolute diabolical delivery company , awaiting a parcel that was collected by courier on the 25th July , no update on tracking since and still no delivery , customer support is bad too havent received one reply to my 3 complaints sent , currently waiting on 4 parcels in total from this company …. I definitely wouldn’t advise this company to any one absolute shocking !!!

Absolutely useless, unfortunately they claimed unsuccessful attempted delivery, though I was home, looking out of the window and no one came to my address. I have no idea why they are used as couriers, as this is not the first time this has happened with this useless company.
If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery driver had the audacity to upload these photos and mark my parcel as “left in a safe place.”

They left my parcels in an unattended mail room with no CCTV, despite there being a clear sign on the door that says: “DO NOT LEAVE ANY PARCEL IN THIS ROOM.”

I have been in my apartment all day waiting for these parcels. Instead of doing their job properly by ringing my doorbell and delivering them to my apartment, the driver chose the lazy option. As a result, my parcels have now been stolen.

This is yet another epic fail from Relay. I’m genuinely not sure how this company is still in business when this level of service keeps happening.

seconjd complaint about the same issue.items left on floor inside gate NOT in the safe place (inside front porch)courier gave no indication he had delivered,he came inside gate but did not knock or press door bell.i have this on my video cam(ring doorbell)if i had been out and someone came in my gate they could have easilly stolen my items.relay do not listen to complaints obviously

WhatsApp at 0805 saying delivery in 5 min, then text saying 2:30 to 4:30 then another text saying 4:00 to 8:00 then it was 18:15 to 20:15 arrived@ 18:40 , this is the second package that i got badly crushed the items were not damaged luckily. do they know what they are doing ? what a joke they are

Delivered to a block of flats when clearly not the address on parcel
Left on some random desk so anyone can just come along and take it

Yet again another parcel has been left in front of my front door, which is in full view of anyone walking or driving past. I live on a main road so there are lots of people and vehicles going past. I have told the delivery people when I see them NOT to leave my parcels at the front of my house and pointed out that by my back gate is more private and not in full view.
It appears obvious that either the delivery people are either thick or just don’t care about their customers packages or their company’s reputation.

Delivered to wrong block, quite clearly says K Block but delivered to L even had to walk past K Block to deliver it. Please employ people that actually know the alphabet

The delivery driver was physically aggressive in manner. I actually felt physically unsafe after i opened the door to him. He leered at my chest... I am 54 and a single retired female. When i challenged this he said he was friends with the Relay manager, and acted threatening by coming right up to my face as if he was going to hit me. He did in fact raise his fist and point it at me before dissappearing quickly. Given this behaviour he should be given his notice immediately before he does this to someone else. I will be reporting this on trustpilot and other platforms.

Terrible company, just dumped 2 of my deliveries on the main road nowhere near address. STAY CLEAR!

I would give no stars if I could. Had never heard of Relay until unfortunately this last week,when I have had two bad experiences with them.
First (non) delivery,I didnt receive,they insist the delivery was made.
Second ( non) delivery they claimed they got no answer.
I am always home at the moment,housebound due to health problems. Nobody used the intercom or rang my bell or knocked on my door.
I am not psychic,I don’t know if someone is trying to make a delivery,unless they let me know that they are.

This courier “service” deserves zero stars.. Disgraceful service, no customer service. Contacted them to enquire about my delivery after receiving notification a week before, a week later, still no response. Mistakenly opted to pick up my parcel, received another notification that my parcel was ready for collection - 2 weeks later. Went to SSK Supermarket, SW6 where I was directed to 1 of 4 parcel bins to rummage through to retrieve my parcel!!! Avoid this courier (if you can) and the store mention earlier both provided RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE and should be SHUT DOWN ASAP!

They have no customer service!
Several messages sent with no reply.
Not rating this company...still awaiting delivery which will be returned if too late.

You thought Evri were bad. This shower are indeed worse. They think we are troglodytes and we live in the cellar, as the go down steps to cellar door to drop off the parcels. You may live in a cave but we don't.
