Love the bike (in general) BUT....
Love the bike (in general) and speed of delivery, BUT it was let down by their choice of tires and tubes (both gave out within the first 300km.. Having said that, have replaced these and changed the wheels for a set of spare used head's and have loved riding the bike since... 1,600km in 2 months. Would I buy the same again knowing what I do now.. YES. absolutely. A lovely single speed ride.

Had nothing but trouble with the bike I bought, within a week I had to pay another bike shop $120 to fix a pedal to fell of, then the next week the poor quality tubes in the tyres both punctured. Extremely poor quality and customer care did not care

I have just investigated your order and our communication. I can see that your order was home-assembled, and unfortunately threaded cranks as a result of home-assembly is not covered by warranty. Ultimately, punctures happen and are a part of life as a cyclist - fortunately tubes are inexpensive and are compatible from brand to brand.
I can wholeheartedly confirm that our customer service team does care - we have explained how the threaded crank happened, and we have asked supplementary questions about the tubes but haven't received a response from you.

I'm still waiting on a response in relation to a bike I purchased for my son in August for his birthday. My son hasn't been able to ride his bike due to a piece missing from the front wheel of his bike. I have emailed and called and have since had no response.

I'm very pleased with my purchase…
I'm very pleased with my purchase (online) the only trouble I had was fitting the rear mudguard, it is quite flimsy and difficult to align so the tyre doesn't hit. The bike rides great, although I haven't had much time to ride for any great distance. I would recommend Reid Cycles to my family and friends without hesitation as I believe the quality for the price is excellent.

E-mail customer service, complain.
2 days later new inner tubes, issue fixed all good.
Instruction manuals for assembly could be a bit better quality and clearer.

After buying a bike online there was a…
After buying a bike online there was a problem with the rear tyre not inflating, after trying to contact the customer service team on numerous days and times I had to call the shop in Melbourne to ask them to get somebody to return my call, the problem was rectified eventually by them sending me a new tube, however it cost me another 20 to get a professional to fix it for me
