Holding funds hostage

After a failed delivery of tires (order number 31961125), they are still holding funds hostage. It has been over 10 days since DPD picked up the incorrect items. Even though the goods are back in their logistics chain, they refuse to issue a refund, claiming they need to "check" the items first.

Financial burden is entirely on the customer. Because of their negligence, I am now without my money and without the tires.

Their customer service hides behind "warehouse procedures" instead of taking responsibility for a massive blunder. This is not how a professional business operates. If you value your time and money, stay away. I am still waiting for my refund, even though I ordered the tires from them almost 1 month ago.

We’re sorry to read about this situation and we understand how frustrating it is to be left without the tyres and without your money.

For returns/failed deliveries, the refund can only be processed once the items are physically received back at our depot and checked by the warehouse (quantity/reference/condition). That said, if DPD shows the parcel is already back in our logistics chain, a 10+ day wait can indeed seem unusually long and should be reviewed.

To have this handled quickly, please open a ticket via your secure customer account (or our contact form) and include:
- Order number **31961125**
- The **DPD tracking number / proof of return**
- Any photos or documents showing the delivery issue / incorrect items

As soon as we have your ticket, we will **prioritize your request internally** and ask the warehouse/backoffice to confirm reception and move the file forward as fast as possible. We can’t confirm a refund here without verification, but we can ensure your case is followed up properly and without unnecessary delay.

We understand your concern about the DOT 3812 (week 38/2012). When a tyre is older than 36 months, this information should be indicated on the product page (DOT/DEMO) so customers can purchase with full visibility.

If this was not clearly mentioned at the time of purchase, please open a ticket with our service after-sales via your secure customer account and attach:
- your order number,
- a photo of the DOT marking,
- (if possible) the link/screenshot of the product page.

Our team will verify what was displayed on the site for your order and then propose the most appropriate solution.

Was promised 3days,but at the end…

Was promised 3days,but at the end almost 2 weeks. And the tyres are not new (2024).

We’re sorry the delivery took almost 2 weeks instead of the 3 days initially expected. While our usual delivery time is 1–3 working days, delays can unfortunately happen due to transport network issues (peak periods, incidents, holidays, etc.).

Regarding the tyre “newness” / DOT: if the tyres are under 36 months old, the DOT is generally not displayed on the product page (this follows the most restrictive market practice), and tyres can be stored for years without loss of performance when properly stored. If the tyres are older than 36 months, this should be clearly indicated on the site—if it wasn’t, it may be a listing error that our team needs to verify.

Please open a support ticket from your customer account (or contact us via the contact form) with your order number and photos of the DOT markings on each tyre. Our after-sales team will check the listing and your case and come back to you quickly with the appropriate solution.
