We’re sorry about this inconvenience. Normally, you should receive an email notification at each key step (including delivery), and the tracking link also shows the delivery status.
If you haven’t already, please open a ticket via your secure customer area (or contact us via our contact form/live chat) with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Our team will check why the notification didn’t reach you (spam filter, incorrect address, carrier status update, etc.) and make sure it’s corrected for future deliveries.

Would buy from them again
For the first time customer, the shipping process was a bit confusing and as long as you do not have to engage the support feature, you are good. The AI is really not mature enough to be used as the support agent. But the tires arrived quickly. Will buy from them again in future.

It was a good price for tyres and then they came, i discovered very “fresh” DOT on them.

60 eur penalty!
I ordered 2 tyres for bmw x5, paid 180 eur. Few hours later I noticed I had ordered wrong size tyres and wanted to cancel. I let them know via 2 different channels but no use - it was already processed and they delivered wrong size tyres. I din't accept these as customer support suggested and they went back with the same carrier. After 2 weeks, they gave me back 120 eur (180-120=60), altough I had contacted the support all the time and talked about the penalty fee which is written in terms and is 30 eur per order. Now they charged it double, saying it was delivered in 2 shipments or smth. Pointless place - please buy your tyres locally. This company has nothing to do with Estonia. Feeling spammed.

As you’ve already been in contact with our support, we will prioritize an internal review of your case to check why €60 was retained and whether it was applied correctly. In some cases, an order can be split into multiple shipments due to transport constraints, which can lead to separate logistics/return handling being counted per parcel—however, this needs to be verified against your order and the communications you had with our team.
Please reply here with your ticket number or order number (or send it via our contact form in your customer area) so our service after-sales team can quickly locate the file and provide a clear breakdown of the amounts retained and the reason behind it.
