Never used this company before and I was pretty impressed with both my order and how quickly and discreetly it was packed. I ordered a leather jacket which alas was a wee bit on the snug side. I contacted one of the support team called Jesse who was really helpful and advised me how to return the item for an exchange and kept me up to speed every step of the way. Received the replacement jacket this morning and the turnaround was super quick and hassle free. Look forward to ordering some more gear from these guys, very happy to recommend to all!

Because customers who live outside the UK can only purchase products online, we can't buy them in stores, so you can provide more detailed pictures and product introductions, such as more detailed and specific sizes, more convenient custom-made options for products.

It took much longer to get the hood …
It took much longer to get the hood than expected and when it finally did come the shape of the forehead area produced unattractive wrinkles in the latex when it was worn.

I bought this to be used in the United States and am very disappointed as it requires an adapter that they should have told me it needed and requires 220v.
They are going to reimburse my money and return shipping cost so I increased the rating I originally gave
