Top-notch service from easy ordering to quick delivery. 3 pairs of glasses arrived, frames nicely cleaned and re-conditioned, looking and feeling as good as new. Good for the planet too.

Absolutely first class service

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. A moment's confusion when it became clear that the free box which I'd chosen wasn't going to arrive, and there would be no charge for the express service, but the advantage was all mine! Polarised bifocal lenses were exactly to the prescription, and arrived well within the published time frame. I shall certainly use the company again, and have recommended it to all my family.

Always have a good experience with…

Always have a good experience with Reglaze my specs, this is the fourth pair of glasses I’ve had made up. Price and quality are great. Customer service is excellent and always respond quickly to any queries.

Reliable, fast and excellent

I was dubious as I always used a high street optician but they charge an astronomical sum of money for glasses. I saw Reglaze my Spex, read their history and decided to give them a try. No regrets whatsoever. In fact, I was so happy with their service that I got two frames reglazed. One for the sun and one for normal daily activities. The price is competitive and the level of quality is excellent. Fast dispatch as well.

Good value, fast service but wrong prescription

I have previously used this company twice before with great success. This last order, although delivered back quickly, was not as requested. My glasses were returned with the 2 lenses transposed. As the shape of the lenses was not symmetrical I could not just swap them over in the frames. I therefore had to return them, at my cost, for them to be re-manufactured and replaced. The replacements were sent back quickly and as per my prescription this time. In summary the service is good value and fast. The error was quick to be resolved and hopefully just an isolated case.

Snapped my an arm off my glasses when…

Snapped my an arm off my glasses when reglazing, put back in case the wrong way round so it couldn’t have happened in transit. Took no responsibility for breaking them. New lenses were spot on but completely useless in a snapped frame.
