Very pleased
After some negative experiences with financial advisors, I was skeptical about "yet another investment company." Still, I decided to give Regency a chance as they were recommended by someone I trust. Having had utter lack of care and attention with a previous financial advisor company (4 different advisors in as many years - no continuity, no handovers), i was a little dubious when RWM were recommended. Thankfully, the advice, patience, care, insight has been positive, and yes, taking the time to listen to the client and understand their needs.
