This company is the most incompetent, impetuous, unprofessional company I have ever done business with in my life. They broke every promise they have ever made to me. They will ignore your calls, chat messages and emails until you get a lawyer and they will still ignore letters form your lawyer. Getting a refund will be worse than pulling out your teeth. Regal Law Trademarks LLC is in Breech of contract because they failed to provide the services they were contracted to provide to my business. I paid them and signed a contract for copywrite and website development on May 24th, 2023. My lawyer demanded a refund Jan. 29th, 2024. I filled out a refund request form on Feb. 29th, after being yelled at by Austin, who claimed I did not provide enough information to the website development team for them to complete the work. I explained that I sent over a very detailed description that the website developer failed to follow. I also set meetings with the website developer to discuss any questions he had but he failed to answer the phone or call at the appointed time. I waited 7 business days (two weeks) for a refund that never came. They promised another refund in 3-4 business days that never came. Today is March 22nd, 2024 and I still have not received my refund, so I must begin arbitration against the company. To date, they have failed to create even a basic outline of a website for me or do any copywrite at all. The manager of finance dept. Austin, yelled at me and called me stupid on the phone today. I do not recommend this company.

I don't even know where to start from but Victor has been nothing but a great help from the moment I found their number on Google and he picked on the other line, listened to my trademark issue with another competitor who was trying to hike my trademark and company. Not only did he assured me I would get my trademark approved, they helped file the response as well as additional trademark registration in other continent so as to further strengthen my USPTO application, these firm has got the right strategies needed for a successful application and approval..They are expensive but worthy and deliver world class service. They also helped with additional trademark fillings without charging an extra amount. I highly recommend Victor and their legal firm 100%

Had a great experience, when I felt loss, scared and had nowhere to turn, I came upon this great lawyer, Victor Hughes and he did not disappoint. Very patient and got the job done in a timely matter!

Victor was incredibly helpful getting my trademarks registered. I had never been through this process before and had plenty of questions. He was knowledgeable, accessible, and patient. Highly recommended!

I found then online and made the first call with an attitude that I was unsure. Victor Hughes answered the phone and I reluctantly started my discussion. However, 100% Kudos to Victor and within few min it turned into a very warm and informative discussion. He shared a lot of valuable knowledge and gave me ideas that I was not even expecting being new to this entire thing. He also shared company leadership vision to help start ups and recognize their challenges. Not once he ever bad mouthed other competitors just to show how good him and his company were. In summary, he made me feel very comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable in other aspects of business through his prior experiences, and has the ability to transform that experience in a meaningful way which I could value right off the gate. I was comfortable with him and didn't even think twice to purchase his services and more. He was convincing without being pushy.

Second, charges were reasonable and I have compared with others including someone on upwork.

Next his company and other colleagues who I didn't speak to live but through emails. I got all the forms right when they were supposed to. Victor called me back if I wanted help and actually stayed with me over the phone to answer few questions. His colleagues processed the form and in less than 24 hours, application was filed with US PTO. They also did some tweaks to the logo as complementary help. I needed to charge a partial cost to my another card, and they did refund/recharge in no time. Victor followed up with me after the application was filed and explained next steps while we wait for the PTO office to review.

I searched for a company to help me trademark my brand and it seemed as if I were just a number to them.

Then I found Regal. Victor was amazing from start to finish and answered every question I had. Regal cost a bit more than the cookie cutter sites, but I felt confident in their ability and straightforward approach.

The gentleman who I spoke with kindly and competently explained the process and emailed to me information. I spoke with the same gentleman and he answered all my questions, patiently explaining so that I could understand in order to confidently move forward in the process.
