Absolutely terrible experience. It has been more than 5 months and there has been zero progress on my trademark. No updates no follow up no accountability. I have reached out multiple times through email and phone and no one ever gets back to me. Once they take your money the communication completely dies. This feels extremely unprofessional and honestly comes off like a scam. If you value your time money and peace of mind stay far away from this company. I regret trusting them and would not recommend them to anyone.

This company is fraud! I have paid over 7K and still not registered TM. Hired a local lawyer and got it done for only 2K!

They are sending emails about my name being trademark by someone else. Clearly a scam and if you google and if you google, the scam shows. Probably paid reviews
