I now have made two redemption…

I now have made two redemption requests! I've sent every document in and they have all passed it says. But I'll be damned if there is absolutely NO way to contact these ppl!! I've sent at least 5 or more emails since 7/29/26 and I got 1 blank email??? How do they have a 3.1 on trustpilot?? Do they even pay ppl or did I just give away my money with no way to contact these ghosts? I currently have 2 - 100. 00 redemptions waiting for my acct to supposedly be verified or something?? I see multiple ppl have got the blank email like I did. Even after submitting my 2nd redemption while the first is still not verified they asked me for my information again But this time asked for my social security number??

Waiting to get my redemption

Waiting to get my redemption. Have heard absolutely nothing from support, sent me a blank email when I messaged them about my redemption. It's only $600 but will update once I get/don't get it, as for now, be weary of this site.

Still waiting on my redeem and I may…

Still waiting on my redeem and I may update to 3 stars but the lack of communication and the way they are handling redeems is just disappointing, lots of promises that never get kept, the support agents are telling me different things each time I ask questions regarding my redeem. Will definitely be the last time I play here

I made a purchase and it did not show…

I made a purchase and it did not show up in my balance. I tried to do the live chat and something‘s wrong with the site. It won’t let me do a live chat keeps bumping me somewhere else. So I emailed them and the company that took my money said yes, we see we took your money. You have to contact regal coins. So I go back into regal coins and I tried to message them again and it won’t let me message them. And the money is still not showing up in my balance. This is the first and the very last purchase I will ever make with these people.

Dogwater site

Dogwater site. They lie about the welcome bonus that doesn't exist, there is NO daily freeplay making them illegal to operate as a sweeps site, the games are pure garbage 3rd world trash, and the site looks like a somehow even more childish and horrible version of NeoPets from the early 2000's. Stay away!

Awesome selection of games and good customer service

It took a few days for my verification to go through and there was some mess ups somewhere so I had to resend my info but the customer service was pretty fast and super helpful with everything. Still waiting on my first redemption which the said would be today or tomorrow. It took me a minute to figure out the live chat but once I figured that out everything else went pretty smooth. It looks kinda sketchy but so far its been nothing but good here. Would totally recommend playing here.
