Airline declined refund
Airline declined to refund me for cancelled flight though I had cost with hotel overnight and delay was more than 13 hrs. Refundio managed to get my money back.

After the flight was cancelled on the day of departure, the company refused to pay the legal compensation. Thanks to Refundio, I got back what I was entitled to in order to cover the extraordinary expenses. I received regular updates on the status throughout the entire process. If I needed to add something, I just wrote and they wrote back to me within a short time. You are doing a good job. Thanks!

Great communication and results
After the airline rejected to pay out compensation for 5h delay, we reached out to Refundio. From the beginning, they were very responsive and their communication clear. They explained everything including their fees, which we really appreciated. And what is the most important - they managed to get us the compensation from the airline! It was paid out without any delay through super easy process. I highly reccomend!
