Not tracked and not delivered.
Item ordered on 11th - dispatched on 13th, 2 days later (but it was the weekend). Writing this on 19th but still no delivery. RSuk provide a Royal Mail tracking number which will only update ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED! Once it's been delivered I will not need to track it as I will have it!! So, I sit and wait, not knowing when or if my items will arrive.
Not the best service but no doubt it's COVID, lack of HGV drivers or leaves on the line!

Hi, really sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. Your order placed on Saturday was dispatched on Monday. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery which is not a tracked service. Most orders arrive in 2-3 working days but Royal Mail are advising that there are local variations at the moment due to absences and increased volumes around Christmas. We have updated our shipping info and confirmation emails to advise of the possibility of delays, my apologies if this was not communicated clearly to you at the time of order. Amazing!
Amazing k-beauty products at a super affordable price (especially during the Black Friday sales).
At first I was a little dubious about ordering from the Refresh Skincare website as I’d never heard of them before and only 25 reviews were available. However, from now on I won’t hesitate to purchase from and I would 100% recommend them.
The customer service is 5*/5*, there was an issue with the stock but Jon let me know ASAP and replaced it with a more expensive product for the same price that I’d originally paid for the out of stock product. The shipping was extremely fast and were delivered within three working days.
The only thing I would change is the packaging that the products are sent in. Boxes would be better and more secure than the padded envelopes they’re sent in, especially if the content is bulky.
I can’t wait to see the new products that will be offered in the future by Refresh Skincare.

One of the best
I found them on Ebay and then I was sent a little leaflet with their site and was impressed with how fast my order came so order something else as had free delivery and much cheaper than anywhere else.Again,came very fast and couldn't be happier, products come boxed and safe.I only wish they would have more of the Missha and Laneige but they have the popular ones and that's good enough.My loved Missha SPF was 10 pounds cheaper than any of the other UK korean skincare sites or eBay!!I will keep an eye on them, they seem to have lots of products I want to try!

I can’t fault their service at all, and my items came in 3 days which is great. They don't have a massive range of products but what they do have is fairly priced. If you can find the product you’re looking for on their site, I’d definitely say get it. Not one bad thing to say.
