Have a look at our tips page, which may help you https://refractique.co.uk/pages/tips-tricks-for-using-your-lensball, and above all, like photography in general, practice is the best way of perfecting the art. Ball is off the highest standard

Ball is of the highest standard. No bubbles. Clarity is clear. Came securely packed and boxed. Delivered on time.

The bag the ball is supposed to be kept in is too small. Ball goes in but is a squeeze. Bags stitching looks and feels inadequate to keep the ball secure

With regards to the standard microfibre bag which is supplied with the Lensball, please contact us on info@refractique.co.uk and our customer service team will be happy to resolve this for you. It may be that you have received a 60mm bag by mistake or there is a fault with that particular bag.
