Tried their Sleep Prep as I was offered a free sample . Just had to pay the postage. So far I have tried it a couple of times before bed. It has a very chocolatey taste with a hint of fruit . It hasn’t sadly made me sleep any better. I have trouble getting to sleep as I work nights and I was hoping this stuff would help me relax and unwind before bed.

Did some research and came across Reflex Nutrition, and I’m glad I did. I went with Reflex because their creatine uses Creapure, which is the gold standard for purity. You can even verify it yourself using the code they provide, which gave me extra confidence that it’s the real deal.
Very happy with the creatine so far, it mixes well. They also threw in a few free whey protein samples, which was a nice touch.
Overall, solid experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from Reflex again.

Their commitment to independent third-party testing (including Informed Sport certification on key products) gives me total peace of mind that what’s on the label is exactly what’s in the tub—no banned substances or cheap fillers.
It’s also great to support a brand that is manufactured right here in the UK at their own bespoke facility. You can really tell the difference in the pharmaceutical-grade quality and the consistency of the mixes. If you’re serious about your training and want supplements that are clean, effective, and ethically produced, I couldn't recommend them enough.
