I bought a small Clean protein Vanilla flavour bag to see if taste was ok. Unfortunately I find it extremely extremely sweet and a bit grainy too. The sweet aftertaste of stevia stayed in my mought like forever. I think ill keep looking. Or give it another chance and try the unflavoured.

Expensive rubbish. Your input is not required beyond paying for expensive, poor-quality goods. No customer services.
I emailed Vivo Life on Monday the 13th April regarding issues with items from Orders S415581 & S368948. I buy in bulk, so didn't need to use some of my (still in-date) items until Monday the 13th April.
The items had been stored appropriately. The items are NOT fit for consumption. I included a full description of the issue and an array of images.
I received the standard auto-response email on the same day, which advised that a response is expected within 24 hours.
On Wednesday the 15th April, I realised in the evening that I still hadn't been contacted by Vivo Life, so I added a follow-up response to my original email.
On the morning of Friday the 17th April, I checked for a response - still nothing. I sent ANOTHER follow-up response simply stating that I was escalating to a manager and confirming that it was now a complaint.
Still nothing in the afternoon of Sunday 19th April. 7 days since my original email and only the auto-reply has been received.
Vivo Life are quick enough to bombard me with offers and marketing emails, but ask for help with sub-standard products and you may as well whistle into the wind.
Great at making subscriptions hard to cancel, great at taking payments. Avoid.

Texture: Wet sand. Taste: Ass
I bought the Clean Vegan protein powder in Vanilla flavour and it is one of the worst things I have ever tasted. Had the texture of wet sand no matter what I did with it and had such a bitter aftertaste even blended with fruit and yoghurt. The only thing it was palatable in was protein pancakes but everything else actually made me gag due to the texture. I don't know where all these five star reviews have come from - y'all's tastebuds must be cooked to enjoy this. Don't betray your mouth by buying this slop!

Package not delivered, I don't know what to do
I wanted to change the delivery of my package 5 min after ordering. They gave me a link where I was supposed to do it but it wasn't possible. No one wanted to help me. Now my package says it's delivered, but it wasn't. It's just lost. I don't know how to get a refund. beware before ordering.
