this is a very dishonest company
this is a very dishonest company, they charged $20 for postage of a $7.00 item, they had disabled Paypal and I had to give them my credit card number.I have now discovered that paypal is permanently disabled so you have to call and give your credit card, the person that took my order said postage was included, I was disgusted when I checked my bank.
NEVER AGAIN.

I appreciated the ability to order online and pick up at a location not too far from my location.
The company promised to phone when the stock arrived at the pic-up location and they did.
The castors were as robust as a I needed and were easy to mount. Giving no problem with access to the nuts and bolts I used to fix them.
I was pleased with the castors and will happily order again from Reflex Equip.
