Was reef Deutschland macht grenzt schon…

Was reef Deutschland macht grenzt schon an Betrug. Habe 3 paar Flip Flops bestellt und eine Sonnenbrille wurde geliefert. Diese habe ich zurück gesendet. Alles zu meinen Lasten. Schon mehrfach mein bezahltes Geld zurück gefordert, bis jetzt ohne Erfolg. Wer hat Ähnliches erlebt? Was kann man machen.

No custemor care

For help you can call Reef in Ijjsselstein (i thought) but they don’t pick up the phone. So i wrote an email to custemor care@. Well they don’t care, they ignore me.
And the preculair thing is that i want help bij buying 2 or 3 pairs of nice flipflops.
Bad service.

Oder lost and no total refund 😡

So, I bought a pair of flip flops in 8 of May 2023, until this day June 17th, my order hasn’t arrived. Since May I’ve been asking for the order and the tracking… they’ve always replied with things like “the carrier will pick up” “wait a few more days”, today they’ve replied with something unique! The carrier lost the product, so because it’s not their fault (it’s the carriers fault) they can return me with 40% of the value right now.
So, I don’t know if you’re following… I never received the package and I’m about to just loose 60% of my money, just like that. No refund no product, nothing. And they say they understand but it’s not their fault, so I guess, it’s my fault.

I was skeptical about the shoes but…

I was skeptical about the shoes but I love the look, after reading comments about her comfortable they were and that they would fit my very wide foot I decided to order a pair! They are extremely comfortable, I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and my feet have to be supported! Great shoes, I have the extra high ones and I love them!

Ridiculously low quality

Bought an expensive (50€+) pair of flip flops, which broke after just three months (the material started dissolving and straps fell apart.)

At first I couldn't be bothered to contact customer service as they were still functional, but it got worse and worse.

When I sent customer service a photo, the shoes were so rugged they didn't even recognize the model until I sent them two more photos.

Then, they told me my order was over the warranty period of 6 months and they could refund me a part of the price + give a discount towards my next purchase.

After I agreed, they told me the refund was impossible and they could only give me a discount code towards my next order.

Yeah, like I'm going to buy again from a company that produces such low quality. I've had 10€ flip flops that lasted for over ten years of heavy wear.

NEVER buying from Reef again and I strongly advise you to do the same. The quality is terrible.

POOR QUALITY

I recently bought a REEF sandal, I used it only once and one of the straps started detaching from the sole. I was so happy with the looks and comfort of my REEF sandals but I just can't believe that I paid all that to barely use it. I am very disappointed.

Worst customer service of any company

Worst customer service - very unethical company. Do not purchase their products. They say you can return the product within 30 days of purchase but make it virtually impossible for you to do so. Very unethical and the FTC should put such business out of commission.

Reef.eu, gosh are they bad. Sadly I didn't read the reviews here on Trust pilot before ordering a pair of slippers. Every time I am in the US I buy them there, this time I thought might as well order them online as only next year will I be in the US. A few weeks ago i had the problem that a pair that i had bought in 2019 were totally broken, the sole on the heels were broken, the glue in the rims were gone, i glued them back to the sole, what did i get to hear from reef, i had to go to the store i bought them in and get a new pair. When i told them that i live in europe and havent a clue which store i bought them in 2019, some surf shop in Longbeach, they turned around and said i dont have a guarantee anymore and they cannot help me. Once again i am experiencing a very negative Story with Reef. Long story short, i love the slippers, after 14 days of waiting for my slippers they dont know where my slippers are. It is going to take atleast another 4-5 days to find out where the slippers are. I have cancelled my order and told them i want my money back by Friday or they are in big trouble. Please do not i repeat do not order anything on Reef.eu, big trouble.

FlipFlops zwei Monate nach Kauf und 7-8…

FlipFlops zwei Monate nach Kauf und 7-8 mal kurzem tragen kaputt. Sohle wie abgeschliffen, super rutschig, Korkfussbett durchgescheuert und eingerissen. Ich bin damit lediglich kurze Strecken gegangen und habe sie pfleglich behandelt. Reklamation blieb unbeantwortet, auch auf Instagram keinerlei Reaktion auf meine Bilder und Nachrichten. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht nochmal kaufen.

Ordered a pair of sandals

Ordered a pair of sandals, they sent the wrong size. I wanted a replacement as I purchased them on sale. Worst customer service ever. It's been two weeks and no response from my email and sat on hold for over 30 minutes today before hanging up. Do not order directly from Reef!

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. Automated voice mail telling you to email. Sent 4 emails. Never a reply. Customer service during “ their hours”. Ridiculous wait times. Five calls, 4 emails. Have not heard from anyone! Worst of the worst! No more Reefs for me! So disappointed!

Reef European store has zero customer service. Bought a pair of flip flops online and realised when received that the size shown online in UK were USA sizes! So I tried emailing customer services, but days later Contacted me if want return label got email back few days later charging €20 for return if I wanted to return emailed saying yes ! Return at my expense not happy was not advised of this on placing order Would have been zero stars if I could give them.

PLEASE STAY STAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !

If I could give a 0 I would.
Ordered a pair of shoes for my mum mid July and 2 weeks later a package turns up with a tacky cheap wallet in it but has our tracking number on for the shoes. I email the company straight away and ask for the correct item to be sent this was 03 Aug. Since then it's been emails back and forth between myself and some called "Faye". In each email I have stated I want either the correct item or a full refund. In various emails "Faye" has said to me; that it was the delivery company's fault not theirs, they will give me several discounts if I purchase then item again, I am being difficult, if I buy another item using bank transfer they will send this item and the original item to me.
I'm so fed up I've stopped replying and done a charge back though my credit card company.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. Was First and definitely last time to ever buy from this company. They treat their individual customers horribly. They talk about beach surf and relaxation and it's full of crap. Horrible company. You can't reach anyone. It has been two weeks since I have placed my order and it says it shipped but everyday I look and it never shipped. Everyday It is sitting in a warehouse somewhere.The estimated arrival date just keeps changing. And then they have the nerve to say "you can't cancel the order". How can a company exist like this in todays world with such horrible service.

Awful Customer Service, Broken Shoes and no Refund

I bought a pair of shoes from Reef and within 2 months the side split. I contacted them and all they could offer me was a 15% discount on my next pair of shoes. I tried, over several emails, to get a refund, or a voucher for a new pair but they never responded. I think this is appalling customer service and am never going to purchase anything from them again. What is the point of having a 15% discount on your next set of Reef shoes when your current pair is unwearable.

order placed on 31/05 morning items received on the 6/06
friday not beeing a day of the week, order are process only on monday

-communication is a concept
put on the kettle if you call as it will take some time before someone pick up
if you send an email you will get a mailer demon
if you reply to their email you will get a mailer demon

exhange is also a concept
you have to send back the items and pay the return shipping
Then wait for refund
then order again and pay again for shipping

ended up ordering from a surf shop in california!!!, quicker and cheaper than from the manufactuer in ITALY

Would have been zero stars but I liked the product.

Poor quality and Reef support was non-existent

I bought Reef leather thongs for $70, thinking by paying this much they would last for at least a couple of years.

They fell apart by the 3rd wear. The glue was poor quality and the leather was patchy and poorly made.

Reef basically didn't care, even after I raised the issue after owning them for only 2 months, providing pictures and proof of purchase.

Will NEVER buy Reef again!!
