Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company
I strongly advise against buying from this company. I placed two orders over two weeks ago, and neither has been shipped. When I called Reef and spoke with a representative, I was told that both orders are considered lost because they were never sent out.
I asked them to either resend the items or refund my money, but they said my case needs to go through a "resolution process" first. When I asked how long that would take, they couldn’t give a clear answer—only saying that they have a high volume of customers with the same issue. That alone is a huge red flag.
I also tried to get help through their Live Chat, but it was completely unhelpful and didn’t answer any of my questions.
At this point, they have refused to send my orders or issue a refund, and I’m left with no products and no clear resolution in sight. Extremely disappointing experience. Until they fix their customer service and logistics, I recommend staying far away from this company.

Nightmare. The footbed is spectacular. The uppers rub the skin off the top of your feet. I've worn REEF's for years with no problem. I wrote them. No response. I've lost a lot of trust in one fell swoop.

Recently bought 6 pcs of Reef 33 from their official store in Qatar to give it to my friends and family. The tester they had at the shop was beautiful and long lasting for upto 3 days, However, the ones they sold me doesn't even last for 30 mins. Such a waste of money!! Totally not worth it!

Habe gesehen das die Reef wieder teurer geworden sind.....eine absolute frechheit....die Firma gehört vom Markt gekickt!!! Die Qualität ist soooo Krotten schlecht geworden und was die jetzt für ....sage ich mal eigentlich nen halben Schuh verlangen.....absoluter Wahnsinn. Wer diese noch kauft hat es nicht verstanden....
Korting vervallen door verzendkosten. Slechte service, klant onvriendelijk!
Mijn eerste bestelling van € 74,99 dus actie korting van € 7,50 zou eraf gaan. Zie ik de factuur, trekken ze korting eerst af van het bedrag, waardoor de factuur onder de € 70,- komt, er er alsnog verzendkosten van € 5,50 berekend wordt! Dus is de korting nog maar € 2,-
Dus voelde dit niet juist.
Toch slippers ontvangen, bleken dit heren slippers te zijn. Bij het artikel staat nergens of het heren of dames slippers zijn. Ik zocht op de naam van het model.
Slippers teruggestuurd, kon deze niet omruilen. Moest ik de retourkosten ook nog zelf betalen.
Maar toen kreeg ik de mail van retour, waar wél de volledige korting eraf getrokken was én de verzendkosten van hun levering ook niet vergoed werden.
Waarna ik contact opgenomen heb en mijn ongenoegen duidelijk gemaakt heb. Geld heb ik terug, maar de retourkosten niet.
Én ik heb aangegeven dat dit een slechte zaak is hoe de korting berekend wordt. Als antwoord kreeg ik, zo werkt ons systeem. Dus i.p.v. eerst de rekening van de bestelling in het systeem te plaatsen en daarna pas de korting eraf te halen, wordt dit omgedraaid.
Zodat ze verzendkosten kunnen berekenen.
Dus let op als je iets besteld!
Ik bestel ik ieder geval niets meer.
Slechte service. Niet bereid om het systeem aan te passen en klanten te behouden door de korting alsnog te geven.
Als tip heb ik ook nog gegeven, bij elk artikel aan te geven of het heren of dames schoenen zijn.

Moronic policy
I recently bought a pair of shoes online off the REEF website and I had a bit of a frustrating experience. I made the purchase quite quickly while browsing online, and I noticed that the inventory for shoe size and color options seemed quite extensive. My shoe size has always been a reliable 12, and I’ve never had any issues with online shoe purchases. However, this time, the shoes I bought felt way too small. I tried on one shoe, and immediately felt the cramped toes. It was clear that I needed the next size up. I even checked the website and found that the next size up was available in all colors. But here’s the catch: customer service wouldn’t let me exchange the shoes, even though the correct size was available. I understand that final sale items are usually non-exchangeable, but it seems like this particular policy is a bit too impractible..I mean, come on, REEF! If I wanted to get my money back or there’s not the correct size available I get that you would not be able to help out as it is a final sale item. But under this circumstance It’s not like I’m asking for much. im a traditional size 12, and the shoes I got fit like a very traditional 11. Also There’s no where on the website that mentions the these shoes fit small, and no suggestion to size up. I would have happily done that. But it’s in no way fair that you’re enforcing such a stupid policy on shoes. REEF, you need to have some common sense and go back to customer service 101. Do the right thing and not be so boneheaded about it. And please REEF don’t get bent out of shape about this review because you guys started it, I’m simply expressing my common sense frustration.

I wish I would’ve looked on here at the reviews before I ordered. Reef customer service answers the phone but are so rude. If you ask for a supervisor they won’t transfer. So these customer service reps are getting away with being super rude to customers. Not a good look Reef. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Terrible customer service and products
Purchased 2 pairs of flip-flops same item different colors. Lightly wore one pair less than 6 months and connection between toe strap and bottom broke. Grabbed the other pair and the second time I put them on same part broke. Emailed customer service and they said without receipts they couldn't do anything. I have owned alot of flip-flops and never had one break in years--needless to say i didn't keep the receipt because who would have thought?? This was a defective product-- not one but both pairs broke in the same spot. The customer service agent i contacted was Daniel and he was not helpful at all, he even called me by the wrong name after the email was signed several times with my name. This company does not have any customer service and does not stand behind their product. Dont waste the money for their overpriced flip-flops, they are junk.

I ordered the Reef Bondi Vintage/Oasis sandal, And it was very comfortable in many ways but the material used in the toe post (Material between the toes) was very stiff and had sharp edges and was like wearing razor blades between my toes. I can't understand why a shoe company wouldn't use materials that are comfortable and soft for the feet. A canvas material would've been perfect. Or something smooth and round without any edges that could be abrasive . Instead, it was made out of a flat polyester ribbon and the edges just were too sharp and abrasive and were cutting into The area between my toes. I couldn't wear them more than a couple of minutes. Returning immediately.

Ich schließe mich hier den schlechten Bewertungen gerne an ich habe meine Brief jetzt ein Jahr lang und vielleicht zehnmal getragen und schon ist hinten die Ferse bzw der Luftpolster kaputt gegangen er hat jetzt einen Riss und jedes Mal wenn man irgendwo aus Versehen ins Nasse kommt fand das ganze unangenehm zu quietschen an die Qualität hat extrem nachgelassen ich werde nie wieder diese Sandalen kaufen

Ich habe ein paar Flip Flops bestellt...naja obwohl ich immer die Schuhgröße 45 trage, hat sie nicht gepasst...also retour auf eigene kosten nach Holland und als danke schön bekommt man nicht mal das volle Geld zurück.60 Euro haben sie kostet und nur 54 zurück bekommen...plus Versandkosten nach Holland...

Reef flipflops separating soles
have been purchasing reef flipflops for the past 20 + years and have always loved them. That is why I buy them again. This time however, the same pair I always buy seems to have a flaw in them. First, the strap between my toes on my right foot seemed to be getting looser along the way, then the soles of both feet started separating apart. I actually glued them back together to try and make them last longer, to no avail because they just continued to separate. I wouldn't normally spend so much on a pair of flip flops, but my husband convinced me to try them and I liked them. But, I am a little disappointed now with the soles separating on both feet. It can cause you to stumble while you are walking. Please check into why this is happening
