First of all, customer support is incredible - fast, competent, and just amazing. The best thing I personally love - RedSwitches treats you like a human, and has a real interest to have you among their customers even after the payment is processed :)
A dedicated server has been installed within 30 minutes. Thirty minutes. It takes DAYS for some famous providers out there, but these guys do their work right.
Saturday afternoon, we needed a server ASAP to replace a suspended one. Fortunately, I found RedSwitches and it was a great decision to go with them. I thought it wouldn't be possible to get it so fast on Saturday :D
100% recommended for everyone who is tired of bureaucracy, slowness, and other stuff.

Awesome Service!!
Business is run on Decision and moving to redswitch was one of the best decisions.
Using it for over a month and the team is very supportive in Migrating my account, (there was a cpanel issue in my old host and the mail accounts and files were manullay migrated by the redswitch support staff)
The support staff (espcially Robert!! huge shoutout!!) is amazing. Well done guys ..keep up the service !!!

Hardware Quality: 10/10
Customer Support: 20/10 (No, That's Not A Typo)
It doesn't matter whether your project is small or big, Just get in touch with the sales team either via Skype/Email. I'm pretty sure they will be able to arrange servers with solid pricing specific to your needs.
Overall, The service is rock solid and the prices are simply unbeatable.

Awesome Support.
I have had servers with few big names out there, however, when it came to support, I was left with a long queue and unsatisfied answers.
It's been over an year since I moved my servers to RedSwitches and trust me these guys are amazing. They are really prompt in their replies and the staff is also highly knowledgeable.

RedSwitches is providing best of VPS sales and services. RedSwitches has professional support team working round the clock. Solution comes in quick time. They have answers to all VPS issue, for any service provider this is important. We are using RedSwitches service for couple of years and our VPS are up and running uninterrupted. This was the service we were looking for decades.
