Good Support, impressive!
I have been using their dedicated server from 9 months now. Starting from pre-sales till today I have not experienced downtime or lack of support. This particular incident happened where our server went offline due to the mistake of our engineer. We were unable to access the server or make it online. The support team (Pratik, Ishwar, Jack, Sonika, Prakash, Prem) worked with us closely and we got back online. It took us 2 days to fully identify and resolve the issue but there was no data loss services were back up and running , once the root cause was fixed. Their sales and support is highly recommended.

Very poor sales service
Very poor sales service. Haven't been able to purchase a dedicate server. Can't purchase online, have to go via a chat agent. The chat agents quote a different price compared to what is listed on the website. Spent 3 days trying to purchase and gave up.
The chat agents are rude and have a "take it or leave it" attitude. If sales is so rough can only imagine how support will be. I'd rather pay more and go with better service.
Update -
After their response, I am compelled to update my review. I never wanted to share my First Name and Last Name and without my consent they have posted my first name in their response.
I don't think I will ever do business with this organization ever again. They will probably update their response and claim terms of service etc. But this is my biggest problem with RedSwitches, it feels like bait and switch. Can never trust an organization that has such practices. Good luck!

Our goal is to offer competitive and transparent pricing, but as explained by our sales agent, the promotions—12 months with 2 months free or 40% off—cannot be combined. The $37 per month for a dedicated server is already one of our lowest offers.
Given the aggressive pricing, this is a “take it or leave it” deal to ensure we can continue providing quality service at such a low cost.
Apologies if it sounded rude but we must maintain consistent policies to be fair to all customers.
