Most dog crap site... DONT WASTE UR MONEY. Took 120 dollars in under 3 minutes at 1 dollar bet. Awesome No-Deposit Bonuses
I hadn't really heard of Red Dog Casino before researching them online, but their laundry list of no-deposit bonuses encouraged me to give them a shot.

For every $40 deposited you receive 20 points there are "missions" and a mini game with a bonus wheel that cost 30 points each spin I have accumulated well over 10 bonuses of the same exact bonus and when I click on it to redeem it says my player status is not qualified I've talked to customer care numerous times and they cannot give me an answer as to what it is about my player status that makes me unable to redeem a bonus that I'm paying my points in order to get so it's stealing from me and if you added up and calculate the math that's a lot of money that they're stealing from me and can't and will not explain why I cannot redeem or why they are offering me these bonuses allowing me to purchase them when I cannot use them. Readily available to take your money but when it’s time to cash out expect several and plenty of roadblocks. These people will lead you on for quite some time until you finally give up. They continued to have excuse after excuse as to why my account wasn’t verified, telling me I was verified, and I took screen shots of everything I’m saying. Finally I gave up and just spent the 600 I won from them and after I do they immediately email telling me my accounts verified. Naw fool me once shame on me, but I strongly advise going to slots.lv online lotto, or pulsz for I have cashed out several large withdrawals and had no problems, so far that’s my list. Fixed online gambling. I only play Blackjack and am a seasoned, savvy player. Watching what the dealer is dealt versus what the player is dealt is infuriatingly predictable. Various things such as the when the dealer is dealt a face up face card, 90% of the time they’ll get another face card. 50% of the time the player has Blackjack, so will the dealer. And the dealer will go on a tear of up to (based on my experience) 20 hands without losing.
If you complain they will offer a “chip” to keep playing and not bail out. But it can only be used on a few things, it’s not the same as money, and listen, they know they get it back in a few minutes anyway so why not throw you the kitchen sink. They know that’ll never actually make it into your bank account and out of theirs.
My last session before I had my account deleted, I video recorded my Blackjack session with my iPhone. It is pathetic. It is like being wounded on a battlefield just bleeding out and waiting to die. I’m already research how to bring a claim against them.
Save yourself the aggravation and money and DO NOT USE RED DOG CASINO. You will just waste money!!!

Complete Disaster
I just recently made my first deposit on Red Dog. I wanted to take part in a promo they have for free spins with a minimum deposit of $20 if you use Bitcoin or $30 from your bank account. I chose Bitcoin since it’s the lesser amount.
I sent $21.49 worth of BTC to my Red Dog account, which was more than the $20 minimum needed.
When it appeared in my Red Dog account it showed I had a deposit for $19.89, and there were no free spins credited.
Before doing anything else, I reached out to support via their live chat feature. I had a message on my account after signing in requesting I contact them for a deposit confirmation, and I also got an email for the same thing.
With the confirmation request, and with the thought of free spins coming my way, I thought maybe the confirmation was needed before I was able to receive my free spins.
On the third attempt to reach support, I got a response. The first two tries were about twenty or thirty minutes apart I would guess, and the third attempt was a few hours later.
I was informed by support that the BTC price must have dropped during the time it took to go from one account to another, and that was out of their control.
I checked that once all was said and done, and no, the price of BTC did not drop within that time frame. In fact, it actually went up roughly around $500, so I should have been credited my $21.49 and then some, plus the free spins, instead of $19.89 with 0 free spins.
During the time I was waiting for support to message me back, I went ahead and played some slots, only to be told later that now they can’t do anything about the situation because I played through the money I deposited, and I am supposed to claim the bonus before depositing (which I did). They also informed me that I should have contacted them right away after my deposit hit my account (I did that too, but no one responded).
Then to make it all even better, on two separate occasions, while writing out my multi-paragraph response to support, my session “timed out,” and erased my entire conversation, so then I had to start all over again. I had to start the same conversation three different times because of that problem too.
I’m so disappointed. I had high hopes because I’ve read a lot of good stuff about their slots, but I’m my experience, they took almost $2 from my deposit, which also took away my bonus for 120 free spins, and that was the whole reason I did a deposit to begin with. It was all around a complete disaster.
