am writing to request an immediate refund for my recent booking. As per your commitment, the medical report was to be delivered within 24 hours. However, even after 24 hours, I have not received the report, which caused inconvenience during a medical emergency
Additionally, while collecting the blood sample, the technician used a defective blood collection kit, which created further discomfort and raises concerns about safety and quality.
Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the defective collection kit

Your company cheats to make easy monies. I am 75 years old you charged me over Rs 1500 instead of Rs 799 ..open cheating.
Secondly diabetes report not given. You technician came only once.
And now you offered me another free check up instead of refunding monies.

 Thank you for doing a good job in improving the services of the companies involved in large-scale marketing in befooling people.
Redcliff charged my Consultant and who in turn charged me. Redcliff has not intimated the cost/invoice in spite of requesting me. 
That was on 09th Oct. I was not aware of the tests my consultants asked for, only Redcliff were aware. 
Consultant report contains 7 pages and second report 23 pages.
On 10 Oct I asked Redcliff why they charged me Rs 1587 and wanted an invoice. No response by them. I made few calls and sent messages in vain.
They only responded after I complaint through Trust Pilot. They don't care. 3 people Shagufta, Muskan, Kam Mohd plus one more person made
 multiple calls/ messages  to me from 8 AM to 9 PM arguing and convincing me that all was good.
On record, later I was given a free Rs 799 tests , what for ? I tested now and they want to sell buy one get one free Pizza ?
Today Shagufta called me up and trying to convey that I was not listening to her viewpoint ??? She agreed that it was the error of their Rep. She also 
talked of refund.
Note your Rep charged me Rs 1587 for full tests and on 10th Oct came for testing empty stomach and post breakfast did not come.
And now they send this message just to cover up.

My doctor at Noble hospital asked why repeated reports and then there was variance of observations in these reports, which is not good.
The reports are with Redcliff and me, and I shall share few parameters

I took allergy test for my parents and me. I mum has multiple drug allergies and i have previously confirmed some allergies by skin prick test. All three reports came back as normal. All values were < 0.36. I think this is a fraud company giving out templated reports.

Scam,scam.The reports are not relaiable at all. I had a drug allergy for which i was admitted in hospital. But their report shows i am perfectly fine with all medicines. I wonder if they tested at all. All the tests showed same numbers. All values were <0.35.They didn't give me complete report. Only partial. The call center is in Guru gram Don't be fooled. Scam,scam.Call center cuts the phone always.
The only positive thing is it's home service.They don't deliver what they promise. Doctor consultation was included but not done. I would never recommend this company. I asked them for a refund. They are missing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Redcliffe Labs. Their reports are not reliable at all. I got my lipid profile test done multiple times and every time the results were drastically different, even for a completely healthy person. When I cross-verified with reputed labs like Lal Path Labs and CRL, their results were consistent, but Redcliffe’s reports showed huge variations.

Even after repeating the test at their insistence, the new report was totally different again. Instead of accepting their mistake or checking their process, they kept giving excuses like “values can change day to day,” which is not true for such extreme differences. This clearly shows a lack of accuracy, standardization, and accountability.

A diagnostic lab should provide trust and reliability because people make medical decisions based on reports. Unfortunately, Redcliffe Labs completely failed in this. I would not recommend this lab to anyone who values correct and consistent test results.

I have recently done a report "Fecal Elastage" test to his company.
Cost - ₹7500/-

When i show this report to Dr. He told me do this report again to Dr. LAL. And also Dr. Told me do this report only on Dr. LAL I have done this report again as per Dr. Suggest me.
The Results are Different and also Cost ₹5400/-

So plz don't trust on his Lab ..and it is not cheaper lab expansive lab.

Booked home collection test today between 9 to 10 am I waited till 11:30am no one has come. I cancelled the test. I recommend to take test which has good review center

I took a vitamin D test in Delhi on the doctor's recommendation. I was scared before the test as I'm scared of needles. I booked it from the comfort of my home with Redcliffe Labs. The phlebotomist came on time to collect the blood samples, and then it was such a smooth and simple process. I felt so relaxed. I even got a report on my WhatsApp on time and shared it with my doctor.

I had booked a regular blood test in my city. The sample collector did use gloves but was switching between feeding content on his phone and managing the sample bottles before the collection. They should be using their phones after the collection is completed to avoid any contamination. Secondly, while injecting he could not fine the vein and incorrectly injected leading to clotting and a big blue mark in the area of the prick. Never have i experienced this and have given innumerable blood samples. Didn’t want to put out the name of the collection person, but nudge the team to have proper processes in place.

Avoid Redcliffe Labs – Complete Scam!

I made the biggest mistake by getting a blood test done through Redcliffe Labs. As soon as I showed interest, a woman with a very sweet voice immediately reached out and convinced me they were the best in the business. But trust me, it was all a trap. I ended up paying around ₹10,000 for a test, and they never issued an invoice, nor did they provide a proper report. When I finally got my report, the values were completely incorrect. I had to get the test redone at another lab. I called them about 50 times before they finally sent the report in two parts.

They are playing with your health for money, and I lost both my money and trust. This company is a complete scam. I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to their dishonest and dangerous practices. Be extremely cautious and avoid wasting your time and money on them.

During a call with the doctor provided by them, they offered excuses and attempted to market their own supplements instead of addressing the issue.

It seems like their process might involve averaging results based on AI predictions for age and location rather than conducting actual lab tests. Although their customer service is responsive, I find it difficult to trust them based on this experience.

They were following a blood collection schedule, but no one arrived for the fixed time for blood collection. After calling customer care multiple times, they were bothered by the lack of proper replies. After the sixth call, customer care informed that the schedule had not fixed and not been accepted.

I wish I could give a zero to this lab. I have life threatening allergy issues for years and I have recently done comprehensive allergy panel test in this lab. But to my utter surprise, when I received my report yesterday, it says I'm allergic to only four types of house dusts and four fruits that I never take. The hundred items I'm highly allergic are not in their list My doctors are now asking me to go for another allergy panel test from a reliable lab. I have demanded for a retest using all the parameters( ironically 240 as they claim) for which they take Rs 7000/- . But they are still trying to fool me with their so called authenticity certificate. This lab is 100% FRAUD who gives fake reports and plays with the lives of serious patients. If you want to save the lives of your dear ones, do not ever approach this lab. They are cheater, they are looter.
****Adding a note after seeing this fraud company's repeated vague attempt to fool me by their self acclaimed authenticity certificate. It's more a matter of common sense to go through the medical history of a serious patient while giving an allergy test report than trying to convince the accuracy of your fake report.

Worst experience I got wrong report for sugar for my wife it was 180!! And we panicked and I had to check again from another lab and got 102!!! I will never recommend this lab booking id:10395373

Had one of the best experiences with Redcliffe Labs, got a timely sample collector visiting and reports were bang on time with a free smart report. All this at a decent price, much lower than other brands. would recommend strongly to others

You guys are cheating us..my family member get tested tsh that was 14.75 and next day got tested and result is 9.1.

How is it possible

I had a bad experience because they were unable to generate reports even after 28 hours of sample collection, and the samples were not kept in an icebox after collection. I now doubt the authenticity of the reports.
