They dam care about customer time. Made a specific request to be in time before or at 6.30 am as I have my own thing fixed at 6.45.

Who cares

I had booked the Advance Plus Full Body Checkup in July 2023 that is priced at Rs/- 2k now for my whole family (4 members- Rs/- 8,000) and the results were very much wrong and misleading. Redcliffe plays on a very persuasive and false advertising & marketing strategy that leads people with no medical background in trusting their process:

1. They collect blood samples depending on your preferred time then do the same for other few houses as well and then submit the blood sample to the nearby lab facility.

2. The reports are mailed in a PDF format by the evening of the same day.

3. The pricing for their services and packages are relatively low in comparison to Full Body Health Checkup charges by renowned hospital brands like Medica Hospitals Kolkata, Peerless, Fortis, AMRI etc. It’s Rs/- 500 to 3–4k max for Redcliffe vs Rs/- 3k to 9k at legit hospitals.

4. This huge difference in price and cost effective thought made me fall for Redcliffe’s trap.

5. Now the reason why I say they’re not at all genuine with their medical expertise is because right after receiving our family’s reports, my uncle who has a qualified medical background claimed the reports to be fishy and not true. To summarise, the report basically stated that almost everyone in our family has deficiency in Vit D, B12, high thyroid levels, high fatty liver and cholesterol levels.

6. So we went and our full body health checked again at a very reputable hospital in Kolkata which did cost us good money but the difference this time in reports between the former and the latter were large.
The thyroid levels, liver fat and cholesterol were not even close or as high as claimed by Redcliffe. There were other important differences as well in terms of details and health figures.

7. Moreover, the stupid claim that levels in thyroid and other areas can easily change over a week just shows the unawareness and 0 medical knowledge of brands like Redcliffe who use Indian demographic as a means to generate revenue. (Fluctuations in TSH levels can occur as your thyroid disease progresses.)

8. After confronting Redcliffe on this and bringing both the reports on the table, they stated that there are 2 different methodologies that have been used to derives different results in both reports. And to this day, they still don’t agree upon their fault and have 0 courage to initiate the refund.

Hope this helps viewers notice the reality and not fall for false advertising.

Had a report missing- One person called for asking the history telling that report has been processed and declined to provide the report mentioning that doctor would be providing a consultation. Next day had a call from the lab saying that the report has been discarded from the lab!!! No doctor consultation and no report! Poor customer service

Horrible pathetic.never do any test from this lab.reports are not authentic and l have verified it from other lab.it was about my son's report which varied drastically and it could have been fatal if l had not done the test again from other lab.the reading from redcliffe was 546 and from other it was 51 and my son didn't have any symptoms so l doubted and done the retest and l was right.instead of apologising they are not accepting their mistake and playing with patients life.plz don't do any test from this lab and if done cross check your reports.

Worst experience. I have booked for total fever test for 3 person. They told us it'll take 36 hours to get the report. After 48 hours they are sending report of only 1 person. Then I have recalled them after 54 hours to send the reports of other 2 person where as it's their duty to send the report.

Worst service I will never ever recommend this lab to any one......they do not have any responsibility about the time and health of the patient, they do not full fill commitment....even they do not have proper contact with the technician......... pathetic service

Don't rely on them to collect samples in time. Don't even expect a basic courtesy of calling.
Their sample collectors are chief guests of some function and can't turn up even in a time slot of 1 hour.

I've had the same experience twice.
Last time my mother had to stay fasting till 9 due to their delay. She wakes up at 6. Imagine doing this to a senior citizen.

They respond to email saying it won't happen again. But I guess they have tired VVIPs who are too busy to turn up in time.

Would never use this again nor would I ever recommend it.

Pathetic Service pls don’t trust on them, I have booked dibble mark test before 8 days and it’s pending till now. They are asking advance payment always then no one responsible for timely report, also they not have experts sample collector. When we trying to connect to company for any updates or complaints on one is there, only they have call centre who’s also not capable to solve any queries.
Pls don’t vest ur money and time.

The services are really pathetic. Rating is 0 . Recommendation is never book from this site.
Issues:
- First they checked all the details took address & everything & confirmed that they will come & visit.
-Next day the sample collector didn’t called on the early morning scheduled time.
- When we called he was sleeping & disconnected our call.
- Complaint registered to the customer care no solution provided for 2 hours. Have taken multiple follow ups & got to know that they couldn’t come due to address which is really far. But didn’t mentioned during the time they were taking the confirmation & details.
- My mother not had anything for 3 hours due to these tests. The services are really bad & my first time experience is pathetic with this lab services.

I have booked tests for my entire family and slot timing was 8.00 to 9.00 am but till 9.30 no one has called or came inspite of repeated calls.This is the worst service I am experiencing from redcliff. my wife is diabetic she can't remain hungry hence I request all the not to book any test thru redcliff they don't value customer timing.

The very worst experience they had taken the samples two days before today is the third day still didn't receive the report every day I am calling them same answer as soon as possible will get the report. Their salesperson called, and they added some tests without my permission that were also in their mobile application, but after multiple follow-ups to their customer care, they removed them. They are unethical and irresponsible people. I think my money has gone, and I need to go to some other good labs. My booking ID is 3745747.

Wrost service booking confirmed between 7 and 8 a.m. but no one even turn up or even called until 8:30 a.m. but I call the customer service 5 times from 8:00 a.m. to confirm the technician name and number weather will be coming or not they give me a number of a person Surya and when I called him he did not pick for the first five times after that he picked and just responded stating you will not come and disconnected the call have never say such a worst service from any other laboratories

The appointment time given was between 9 to 10 am today.Really ineffective and inefficient. The person to collect the samples is yet to come.No message,no phone calls, nothing at all. It's been a huge waste of time. Definitely not acceptable.

worst experience i m from ludhiana i told them collect my simple from rajguru nagar because it is near to me but they collected from another centre which to far when i reached rajguru nagar. map showed me wrong direction there is no redcliffe lab

Worst services, orders taken at the last minute, apologizing but not fully filling the order, what will happen to the patient situations, irresponsible answers, too much cost compared to Aarthi Diagnostics for the same test, alternative solutions also not available, my advice is to avoid this lab, how can we trust the market with irresponsible services?

Booked with booking ID 2751347 package test to include D-3 & B-12 . Sample collected on 26 Jan 23 morning. While checking delivery of reports was told half baked report is ready and sent to me . On checking for D-3 & B-12 reports, was told that is not done instead Testosterone test is being done and report will be given on 27 Jan . Tried contacting customer care to resolve the issue, they kept on dropping the calls on pretext of putting through to senior for resolution. Dropping of calls happened thrice. Most pathetic service. Don’t know whether shall get any redressal . Never going to visit them again and will NOT recommend anyone to utilise REDCLIFF Lab services .

My experience with Radcliffe is really great. The most appreciable thing is the very hospitable and easily approachable staff .

The sugar reports were almost matching the one with the Glucometer at home, so can conclude about the accuracy. The person who took blood samples had a very smooth hand for pricking. Very prompt service.
