As many others on this site signed up using code never got free bet as promised live chat got me no where as others have stated passed to supervisors who never got back tried closing account give up awful company look elsewhere and don't be fooled by their offers

apparently I have been a redbet customer in the past. last week I registered with my current email address and data. I have been accepted and have won a nice sum. after I wanted to pay, I was immediately blocked with the reason that I was trying to open a second account. if you lose there is nothing wrong but if you win you are suddenly blocked and you do not get your money. pure scam.

Avoid like the plague think it fair gambling but try n get ur money took 2 weeks admittedly I paiid on a card that does not except this kind of payment but they did not let u know what the problem was..hopefully will get funds tomorrow in the mean time my son is stuck in london with no funds and i cant transfer any money into his account because my on line bank has frozen my account because they think something fraudulent is going on because these people keep cancelling my withdrawal...hope my boy stays sàfe .stay away

Awful company, we took £100 cash match welcome bonus and played through roughly £400 as we won this amount, we decided to cash out at £200 and it wouldn’t allow us to. We tried to use live chat and call them but nothing would get through. So we withdrew our original £100 and it took our bonus £100 with no warnings or messages to warn us of this. Basically you cannot win don’t waste your money bet with the more reputable sites avoid REDBET.

I signed up to to Redbet using a promo code to get £20 of free bets upon making a £10 bet, which was to be paid into my account upon the bet settling, whether I won or lost. No bonus was paid into my account, I spoke to five different members on their Live Chat on several occasions to no avail. Some told me they were referring my case to their superiors who would contact me within a couple of days - I was never contacted. One told me the offer was only available to the first 100 people to sign up - there was nothing to say this in the T&C’s, which I pointed out to them before they backtracked and said they couldn’t work out what was wrong and would refer the issue to the aforementioned superiors. One told me the bonus was only available to people who lost their first bet - this has also a lie and referred to a different offer altogether. Whenever the staff member realised I had read through all of the T&C’s and wasn’t accepting their lies they would fob me off by claiming they would raise my case with superiors before signing out of the chat when I hadn’t finished talking for me to never hear from anyone at Redbet again. The worst experience I have ever had with a bookmakers. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs, at first I was happy and I only mostly bet on horses, so after placing bets for 2 weeks suddenly every bet I try to place seems to have a restriction on it, I am only able to bet roughly £6, I spoke to customer services who even emailed the relevant dept who in turn emailed me back assuring me theres no restrictions and some bets the traders only take so much.
Yesterday I try to put £10 on a 5-2 if I remember rightly , I accepted the £6.32 bet and the remainder was sent to the traders who refused to let me place the rest of the £10
Absolutely pathetic, a friend placed £10 on the same horse after me and his bet was placed.
These people are fools and the traders limit your stakes just because i'm only betting on horses.
Found out they use the same traders as 888sport, that now makes sense because 888sport are the kings of PATHETIC, even my mums friend opened an account and after placing 6 horse racing bets over 5 days, around £5 to £15 stakes, she got restricted and removed from promotions...WHAT PROMOS.. I think best odds guaranteed classed as a promotion is a disgrace, avoid redbet avoid 888sport, any sites that are exactly the same as those sites avoid because its the same traders..

So I lose over 1000 pounds and request a 200 pound withdrawal, they request docs, fine, as with most of the companies they don't seem to care about verifying you while taking your money. Anyway send through all the docs which are rejected because they are no showing edges or are not clear - funny thing is I played with SportPesa - won 4500 pounds and sent the same docs, no problem at all - same with william hill - same docs, no problem - Anyway, I'll get superb photos for them so they cannot complain about ridiculous issues, I'll withdraw my 200 pounds and never play with them again. To those of you out there considering using Redbet my advice is to avoid at all costs.

An enquiry raised 5 days ago has been responded to today by someone who clearly cannot speak English. Their reply was so badly written I have had to email them multiple times just to ask what they mean by some of the words contained in their email, which do not exist in the English language.

Because of my multiple emails I am now advised that if I continue to send "spam" I will be blocked. Clearly they don't know what Spam is either.

Their advertised offers are not honoured. Their customer service is non existent and their morals rival those of MP's caught up in the expenses scandal, with whom they have a lot in common.

Take your money and keep it for themselves, because they can, appears to be their mantra.

Anyone know the correct address for the Advertising Standards Agency and Online Licensing Services for online betting companies?

It even takes up to 48 hours before withdrawal is approved.. It should be within 1 or 2 hours.. The 48 hours is completely in their own power to speed up. Nothing to do with bank transfer time.

Website looks good and it's sad that their claim is inaccurate. For me a dealbreaker. Also verification proces is oldschool/slow and could be avoided with better information when you open account. And not when you ask live chat to approve transfer 3 times and then hear that you need to verify.

Verification they ask on their website for your full name, date of birth, expiry date, and signatur. So I masked my photo and BSN (number) but they rejected my verification because they can't read everything.

Company has limited to no sports bonuses. When they are available they try to take it away. Offers are generally in favour of the site. Nowhere near as good as other sites. Customer service stinks, managers cannot talk apparently. You get a response to emails after about 3 days and took 19 days to verify my account. I should have known at thos point they were incapable. If you join, all bonuses are casino based there are literally no sports bonuses. Dont waste your time and join a site that rewards your loyalty not fob you off with lame casino bonuses. Dont expect anything because you wont get it and they dont care about the customer.

A very quick response and resolved my query in a nice polite way.
Compared to other help I have used on other sites which can be frustrating when they don't make you feel valued.
