This is a great service to help declutter your life and the drivers are always friendly and on time. I recommend it to everyone, especially if you are moving house and need to get rid of unwanted items etc etc

I love that I can take a photo of all those troublesome little bits, and it will tell me whether or not they are collectable. It is so easy to book a pickup, leave the bags out, and they are gone. The lady collecting was lovely (I happened to be home when she came)

A great service, helping to lessen what goes to landfill. It is so easy to arrange and the list of acceptable items they take is extensive. Have used several times and will continue to do so. Will continue to spread the word about Recycle Smart. It's definitely for people who care about their impact on our earth.

So many items collected. I did a big declutter and hardly anything went to landfill. So much easier than having to run around to different places to drop off one or two items.

The pickup functioned just as described, only the designated bag was emptied (there was another bag for someone else).

The lady who collected my stuff was lovely too.

Awesome service. Feel much better about the almost unavoidable use of soft plastics. Easily fill 2-4 bags every month; a scary amount of plastic that would otherwise be in landfill. So easy to arrange and picked up.

I am so impressed with how easy it is to recycle all the tricky things with Resmart! Leaving the bags outside my front door and finding them empty later in the day is such a great service and it feels so good to be keeping all these things out of landfill! Thank you Resmart!!!

ReSmart was the only service that would recycle the tough plastic straps I rescued.
Plus I received a friendly phone call to clarify an aspect about the pickup.

I get a regular pickup that solves a lot of 'normal' recycling issues. But I LOVE being able to clear out a lot of things that are no longer for me, but really DON'T belong in landfill. The website is so detailed, the schedule is adhered to and everything just works. Thank you so much!

ReSmart keep charging me for a previous pickup that was in fact successful. I have had a long support chat with them a couple of months back, and they agreed my soft plastics had been picked up successfully - I gave them directly to the driver- and they would remove the 'pickup-failure charge' which doesn't make sense anyway because it doesn't cost them any more to go to an dwelling with no items vs with items, it's the same.

So anyway, my items were picked up successfully, and they removed the 'pickup-failure' charge. Now I've booked a new FREE council pickup for next month, and I'm shocked to see they have immediately charged my credit card again with receipt sent as 'pickup-failure' from my last pickup which was successful. It's a never ending cycle of erroneous credit card charges.

If this doesn't get resolved and removed from my card asap I won't use their services any more and recommend to others not to trust their credit card system.

Update: I can confirm as ReSmart stated below, they have credited my credit card to counter the erroneous charge. However, their charging system seems to have issues with charging and consistency, so I am still hesitant to use their services in the future.

This was my first scheduled pick up by ReSmart and it couldn’t have been easier or gone better.
Super efficient and the lady who collected my bag was lovely.
What made me feel even better was that she volunteered how much she loved the job and working for them.

As always, I put out an assortment of "stuff" which was collected today. I was especially pleased to include some "rescued" polystyrene as ReSmart is now the only option I have for collection of this horrible product for recycling. I continue to recommend ReSmart to others because it's changed my life.

From initial delivery of my recycling bag, the information provided and the pickup service everything has been great! i’m genuinely so happy to have a convenient way to manage hard-to-recycle items. If you’re considering ReSmart you should probably just do it, getting rid of old electronics, batteries & mixed plastic packaging (and wayyyy) without having to go anywhere is how it should be and i won’t be schlepping any of that stuff to be recycled again if i can help it

Having this pick-up service means I am more conscious of hard to recycle items and putting them aside for collection via ReSmart. It feels great to divert hard to recycle items from landfill.

I’ve been using ReSmart for a few years now. The pick-ups are always seamless and the app is user friendly. It really takes the stress out of what to do with all the tricky items that I don’t know where to recycle and hate the thought of them going to landfill.
