I have been a ReSmart customer for the past couple of years. The process from booking collection via the App, through to pick up of my items from my doorstep is seamless and simple.
A fantastic service which makes the collection of recycling of soft plastics, etc easy.

It works!!!!! I gather together all the things I want collected, I stuff everything into my pink bags, leave them out on collection day and when I get home from work - Bags empty, neatly folded and placed on the verandah. I don't think a process could work any better. Thank you so much and a special thank you to the driver who collects my things.

Easy to do esp with the new function of being able to scan and check which misfits will be accepted. I was amazed at the range of things!!

So hard to find proper recycling around the St George Hurstville area especially being new to the area and not driving. Such an easy process to book and leave out. Brilliant service.

I can't comment on how they treat their clients, but they treat their employees and candidates terribly.

It's really easy to tell them where your bags are and take a photo of it and I have no trouble with the service. I live in a unit block. Everyone should use this service!

Resmart is the smart, easy, simple way to have all those hard to recycle items picked up from my home. All I have to do is pack them, book my pick up and I’m done. Thanks ReSmart!

LOVE this service for all hard to recycle materials. I especially love that you take all old clothing and fabric for textile recycling! And you took the old broken suitcase I packed them in! Thank you 🩷

Excellent communication. Very impressed with what they take and am very happy that my 'stuff' is not going to landfill. I have taken many loads to the local tip where is costs a considerable amount. ReSmart does charge, but not a lot. I hope that they are able to reuse all that they collect.
Their collection service is excellent. I will continue to use ReSmart.

I love ReSmart because it makes recycling so easy. I keep my bags in the laundry, one for each type of material, then when they're full I book a pick-up online and pop the bags on the front porch the morning of pick-up. It's also excellent value, I am really happy with their pricing. 100% recommend.

Being able to recycle many items that would normally go into landfill is so good.

I've always appreciated ReSmart and was disappointed when their partnership with my council ended but I continue to book pick ups as they've been such a huge help. Would have given 5 stars if they hadn't taken my (non-ReSmart) shopping bag with them in the last pick up (I even left a note to say to leave the bag). :(

Customer service was excellent, pickup was as scheduled. Having a company that is serious about recycling and makes it so easy means I don’t deal with the guilt of adding more to landfill than is necessary.

No fuss collection of things that would otherwise go to landfill.
