Recycle Pro offered the best price for my old phone and the free tracked postage label arrived within minutes of completing the simple sales process. Within 2 days of posting my phone, it had been assessed, accepted and paid for!

I had a friend refer me to this company to recucle my phone. i followed all the instructions for printing my freepost label, packaging up the parcel with my phone secure inside, attached the label and went to the post office who give you a proof of posting receipt. I sent the phone on a tuesday, by saturday the money was in my bank. Such a quick service, they even email you when the payment is due into your account then over night it was. I would reccomend to anyone wishing to recycle their old phones.

Can't be trusted
Sent two low value phones, more to recycle rather than cash in, the receipt of both were acknowledged via email. Received a phone call stating one, which was valued at a fiver on the website, was only worth £2. Sharp practise, if you ask me. When I told them to send it back, I received another call to say they would honour the original price, and the money was paid by the end of the day.
However, despite 3 emails, there has been no payment for the second phone. Yep, it's only a tenner, but that's not the point. These people have MY property, and aren't honouring the contract I have with them. I'm so glad I didn't send any items of proper value, Recycle Pro clearly can't be trusted.

We always strive our best to provide a complete assistance and facilitation till the end of the deal.
Poor service, conmen, offer a fraction of the onlinequote
Poor service! They claim my phone is in 'poor' condition, and offered less than half of the 'good condition' quote, and less than the 'poor' quote too!
Go figure!
They also kept the phone case, and the tenner i stupidly left within the card section!
They couldnt return these , with my phone (obviously i didnt take their less than 50% offer) because 'health and safety' (whatever thats supposed to mean!)
AVOID!
Sell your phone on ebay!

A recommended company if you wish to sell your old phone. They were extremely helpful, from start to finish. I received emails at every step of the way, and received a good price for my old phone which was paid into my bank account within 24 hours of the agreed price.
A much better company that a more well known company that advertise on tv.

Really good to be fair. Got the money more or less 24 hours later. Said they would pay my shipping to send special delivery but didn’t that’s why I would give them 4 stars but other wise all good.

The most incompatent time wasting…
The most incompetent time wasting company I have ever experienced.
They send you QR codes, which don't work, after being on the phone for half an hour with someone who continuously made me repeat myself, another member of staff eventually said they don't actually do QR codes anymore and I had to pay for my own shipping.
Honestly this company is most likely a scam.

it was really easy to find my phone type, get a quote and send my phone off -- very descriptive instructions. I thought they might knock down the price when they received the phone but they paid what was quoted. very happy!

Sent a Galaxy Z Fold 3 in Mint condition with screen protectors all over and also in a Spigen rugged case from new, to be told they have graded as C condition due to a faulty screen.
They also keep texting and ringing as though they are desperate to receive your phone and rip you off.
