Reco Universal handled our production support runbooks, triage, improvement planning, and release support excellently. I'd seen someone else using them before and decided to try it myself; glad I did. Triage was quick and effective, runbooks were solid, and the improvement planning made release support noticeably smoother. Would recommend for teams needing reliable ongoing support.

We were looking for a reliable team to handle a custom software project, and Reco Universal worked out really well for us. They finished everything on time, and we’ve also had a good experience with their support after launch. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Used Reco Universal's AI application engineering service for building out an AI-enabled portal/workflow tool. The offering covers the right ground copilots, internal platforms, secure business adoption but the actual experience didn't stand out. Nothing went wrong, it just didn't feel exceptional compared to what was promised. Might work better for teams with more specific requirements mapped out in advance.

But communication was a bit hit and miss. I found myself chasing them for updates more than once. The final product turned out fine, but I think they could do better with keeping clients in the loop and managing the project timeline.
