Thanks for your feedback. I agree with you that placing a little 5 gram push button in a 18x18x7cm is a bit overkill. It also feels silly to us. The thing is that DHL charges us the same whether we send a 50 gram package or 1kg. We have previously sent small items like a push button by regular mail, but some never arrived and the ones that did took 4-5 weeks. Resulting in a not so happy customer, understandably. For that reason we only ship with DHL Express when sending to Australia. Hope that makes sense.
