Monica was very helpful. I’d completed an online application to withdraw funds yesterday but hadn’t received an automated confirmation of receipt. Monica was able to confirm I’d completed the correct form and it was being processed.

Vin was very helpful. He explained what I would expect as my policy came to an end and the options I had to choose from going forward.

The lady I spoke to (Georgia) was very friendly and explained everything to me that I needed to know.

I was calling internationally from Australia to the UK and each time the call dropped out. I requested multiple times for someone to call me back, but they never did. When i finally got through i was put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call dropped again. No one has called me back and the frustration of trying to get funds from my pension has been excruciating. There is not enough detailed information given and it has taken me 6 months to get any funds. Everything takes weeks and weeks to get any response.

Printed and completed paperwork for a deed assignment and sent in April but twice now the forms have been sent back as being incorrectly completed. The forms give no examples of exactly what needs to be entered into the respective field and on speaking with members of the contact centre I've been told different things each time. Complaints Team picked up the query and said they'd progress and that they had all they needed and sent a cheque for compensation. However, the deed assignment is still unresolved and I was told to add the information required in another part of the form and send them back in. Nobody is taking ownership or seem to know what is actually required. Avoid ReAssure at all costs.

I’ve been speaking to reassure since around may this year. I have a SERPs policy from Barclays life and has been taken over by reassure. I have to many people and eventually it was confirmed to start the application to release 25%. Tax free allowance. I would have to wait until I’m 55. This I have done and it’s now near on impossible to speak to someone and I got through eventually they explained I needed to speak to a specialist. A call back was arranged but they called me a day early and I could not answer the phone at work. I have waited and tried all day to speak to someone and then explained they are really busy. This get I get but really all day????? And why did they call me , not on the agreed day and time and now more waiting. Since trying again faith restored by a lady called Jordan. She listened, understood and assisted with my request
