ReAssure Omdömen 

This was my first time taking money from my pension. Lucie was very pleasant, polite and professional she went through everything she had to do to comply with the rules. Even though it was boring she made it sound like it was a pleasure. It would be nice to get a Lucie whenever I have to make a call to a business or organisation. The transaction hasn’t happened yet but I feel confident that there won’t be any problems.

Very helpful, a direct experience

I have been trying to draw down on a very small pension that reAssure has been holding since the mid 80’s. It has taken over 6 months and a trail of paperwork as long and the M1 to eventually get control of my money. At every turn ReAssure would put up obstacles and at times it felt like they were moving the goalposts just to stop me from taking my money. I have subsequently heard from other people that they experienced the same problems and are now actively closing their policies and moving them to companies who make accessing their money easier with less red tape and being held in hold for what seems to be hours.
Note. I have just made another call to ReAssure. After holding for 10 minutes to speak to an agent she put me back on hold to retrieve the latest instalment in this on-going saga only to be cut off after a 15 minute wait. This company is beyond frustrating.

Totally messed up my pension transfer, made me wait. poor customer service. There is a point when people make simple mistakes and the becomes incompetent.

Nothing worked when trying to open online pack

Customer service wise the person I dealt with was very good, helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Have been waiting 43 minutes so far for the Company (a person) to answer its telephone.

Finally spoke to ***** for 10 minutes who was polite but couldn't make sense of the letter I have received either and the 'back office' will look into it.

Total call time 56 minutes 45 seconds.

I spoke to an agent from ReAssure aprox 3 weeks ago, asking them for a breakdown of my policy to see what my critical illness covers me for. They said they would post me full copy of my policy. Needless to say I didn't receive it. I have called today to ask again, to be told they will put a request in for it to be sent to me.
Although the agent said they had it on their computer in-front of them, they would have to request it to be sent from a different department.
It feels as though they do not want me to have the information for some reason? They have been happy to accept my premiums for years, but now they aren't being as forthcoming with information as I would expect of them. Very disappointed. At present, I could not recommend this financial company to anyone.
It looks like i will have to climb up into the loft to find my original policy documents. (With a severely painful back)

Helped me find a forgotten policy without any issues

Rollo was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process of filling out a form which I has previously done but had not been processed after approximately 2 weeks. He was very attentive and humorous which is different to so many call centre people.
