Reach mobile service rep Anita answered all my questions and was very helpful .

EDITED: While it was frustrating that the roaming did not work for us, Reach went above and beyond to make it right (see reply below).

International roaming does not work! Made for a very stressful first day in Canada. Ended up having to buy a sim elsewhere. Customer service tried to be helpful but the tech just wasn’t what they promised.

I have has trouble finding a phone. I kept being told 5g phones weren't supported, but Kiran let me know my new phone with work (with some features not working) and helped me get the phone swapped)

One of the best furniture on the market

Reetika helped us with a problem activating our phones on Christmas Eve! Even though it was a live chat, it seemed like we were talking to a person on the phone. Later, she answered a second inquiry about billing. I am impressed with Reach Mobile so far! Thank you, Reetika for helping us have communication and a happier holiday as a result.

So glad to have found you guys. My wife was speaking with a lady friend a few days ago, and the other woman's connection kept dropping. My wife suggested that she try Reach Mobile. Is there a particular web address or online contact you would suggest to help an 80-year old get started with you?

After months of fighting with my previous carrier, Reach Mobile has been a breath of fresh air! Real people who don't run you around in circles at every opportunity is a very welcome change :) The fact that it costs half as much is just icing on the cake. Reach has a support team that actually provides support, in this day and age even, go figure.

Spoke to Anita today on Reach Mobile, a couple of times. She was amazing. Very quick, efficient and super helpful! They have great customer service!

I've been very pleased with the service and the commitment to charity. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I was having trouble activating my son's line on the App. I called the customer service number but they were out of the office for the holiday. So I used the Reach chat function and selected to chat with a person. I was connected to Freeda right away. In less than 20 minutes the issue was resolved. This included 1) Finding out why the App was saying the phone wasn't compatible when I knew it was since I previously used that phone with Reach, 2) Discovering that the IMEI for my old phone was still connected to my current phone number, 3) Confirming that my phone was compatible, 4) Getting a new phone number for my son, 5) Associating the IMEI with his line, and 6) Activating his line. I must admit I was biased against using the online Chat to resolve my issue since I've had not so stellar experience with other companies' online chat, but Reach and Freeda were fast, efficient, pleasant and excellent.

She was very helpful and very prompt and professional!
