It’s not often that you come across companies that are this helpful and efficient. I emailed them regarding an IBEC which the advert states is fully programmable via Microsoft; however I only run iMac. The reply was almost instant and Simon offered to program the IBEC to my requirements. I placed the order with how I needed it programmed and it arrived the next day. Fantastic service, couldn’t recommend them higher. A great product from the UK with exceptional customer service to match.

The serial expander works and I like that you have a YouTube channel to help with how to use your products. All these things were helpful but I struggled to get it to work. I probably attempted to configure the expander 50 times and probably reconnected it to the boot loader and updated the firmware and reconfigured it on the computer many times and I could not get it to work with my spectrum IX20SE and an AR10360T receiver and what it came down to was one little setting in the configuration process on the computer that would’ve been really helpful to know to help make it work. The boot loader yt video showed the Spektrum SRXL2 option and for the SRXL2 sensor id drop down menu it showed “Normal-active bus enumeration” what I ultimately needed to select was the “passive” option & then it finally worked. To be honest, I was almost ready to throw in the towel before I figured out that one setting so that would’ve been really helpful to know ahead of time.

I ordered some high quality RC lights for my son’s planes not only were they durable they are so bright in very low light the first time I saw them in use I new straight away we will be many on our planes. The customer service was excellent with very fast delivery. After installing on the plane I tested it at our local flying club it really caught the eye of many watching one of my mates just couldn’t resist he ordered one in my presence and it was delivered to him in less than 24 hours. Thank you very for developing such an incredible product I am sure I will be ordering some more.
