I ordered a shelving unit online over 3 months ago, and I'm still waiting for it. The customer service, and communication from them has been extremely bad throughout the process. They never, ever answer the phone, regardless of the time of day, and they only respond to emails after multiple attempts, and if you are fortunate enough to get a response, it's generally after a few days.
Spending £700 and not getting any updates, communication nor responses to queries and enquiries is no acceptable in my opinion. I also feel that having to wait months for a piece of furniture is way too long.
They've left a voicemail today asking me to get in touch with them to confirm delivery on Saturday, but if only I could!!
I will never use the company again after this experience, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

I live in a third floor flat with no lift. The delivery guys were so amazingly kind removed table top to bring upstairs and screwed it all back down once in my property. (GREAT EFFORT) The table and bench are truly beautiful, loving it and friends and family agree. Joanne was also so helpful and friendly as I did have to delay delivery twice. Great customer service highly recommend.

Great solid table. It’s reclaimed wood and just gives a great rustic look for formal or informal dining.
It’s a very heavy table!
Communication is great which is reassuring when buying on line.

We purchased a table and bench from RCC in July 2022. When it was delivered one of the extensions didn’t fit properly and generally the glue used to connect the planks was in evidence. All in we were dissatisfied as it just looked poor quality. Rather than rustic. However we were told the small print said there may be imperfections so could not have a refund and send back. They offered to put right the errors. After much chasing someone attended in early 2023. They took away one of the extensions saying it needed remaking. No paperwork left. We waited and waited but no replacement was forth coming. By the end of the year, patience was running thin. After contacting again, they had no record of the visit but sent another person to view. They asked for photos which we sent. Eventually the second visit took place in March 2024. But again he turned up without the new extension. So we still don’t have the second extension and none of the faults have been fixed. I would NOT recommend this company. I think there are multiple better options available. Our table has warped terribly too. Shame as it had so much potential but companies who treat their customers so poorly need calling out.

Great service from start to finish, really pleased with our bespoke table!

From selection in the showroom, placing our order and then delivery, we received excellent customer service.
We love our table! It is exactly as we ordered and made to measurements that we provided not the usual standard sizes.
I will happily use this company again for other bespoke furniture.

We brought our coffee table from Rcc furniture nearly 4 years ago, it's still amazing. We are just about to order a kitchen table and can't wait.customer Service is fab too.

Product quality is pretty good, but the customer service is dire!!! Waited 12 weeks for my table and it arrived damaged. It happens, but it took RCC 3 weeks to agree to return and repair it, then a further 4 weeks to get it back to me (I had no table top for all this time). The whole attitude and tone throughout from RCC was arrogant and unhelpful (mainly from one manager......you'll know who I mean if you've dealt with him).

I had a reclaimed top. I've no issue with the markings but when they have planed each plank, they have left a 2-3mm "step" down the centre meaning nothing sits flat (including dinner plates which annoyingly wobble).

Powder coated frame has been coated over rusted steel (rather than being shot blasted first) so there are patches of rust visible through the paint in places. I'm hoping (as the table is indoors) that this won't eventually come through the coating over time.

Their marketing is excellent, the product itself seems quite good, but the awful service just ruined the whole experience for me. Shame.

The most helpful people I've ever dealt with… I emailed with queries regarding a custom size of table, if it was possible to purchase extra wooden benches to make our own corner seating and also if we could buy extra stain to get the desired colour once the table had arrived. No request was any problem and everything was built to perfection, I could not recommend anyone more!
& to top it off our table is absolutely beautiful, better than we could have ever imagined!

The table is just what we were looking for. It is exactly what the RCC website says it is, rustic and charming. It is a solid high quality table which we know will last got a very long time.

We absolutely love our table and feel it’s the perfect addition to our new home. Our dog loves it too and uses it as his new favourite snoozing spot!

From start to finish, RCC have been amazing. During the initial enquiry stages Matthew answered all my questions….there were a lot!!! He answered them all in a timely manner which helped me decide what I wanted, type of wood, colour etc. The order process was simple too. A couple of weeks after I’d placed my order I decided I wanted the steel legs powder coated black. I contacted RCC to see if this was possible and they made it happen!! No issues at all!! My table arrived in the time RCC had anticipated and it is amazing. Good quality solid wood, The team who make these tables have an amazing talent! Well done everyone at RCC!!

What can I say… just wow!! We went to the showroom to order our table as I saw RCC on Instagram and fell in love straight away. From start to finish RCC were brilliant! They created exactly what we wanted and the delivery was brilliant. The delivery drivers really helpful with carrying it into my property. I absolutely love my table and would use RCC again and again and again!! Thank you!

The most beautiful table and bench that has made my first home look amazing! I knew it would be gorgeous as my sister has also bought her dining table from RRC. Fast delivery & the delivery driver was also extremely helpful!

Table and bench arrived on time. I was offered great advice from RCC when staining my chair legs to match.

Absolutely delighted with my new table. The whole thing is chunky and rustic, which is exactly what we wanted, and great quality. Customer service before I placed the order was very helpful and delivery was within the stated timescale and professionally done. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Furniture

Took delivery of our sleeper table and bench set 2 days ago. It looks amazing and we are so pleased with it.

We spent many emails with Matthew before we settled on exactly what we wanted and various different samples and it fits our dining space a treat.

Highly recommend RCC Furniture

We are delighted with our table and bench set. When we moved into our new home, we knew exactly the style of dining table we wanted, and RCC delivered this. We also have a matching shelf and wouldn’t hesitate to order more.

The service has been excellent and we have received lots of compliments from friends and family.

There was a wait time for delivery, but I think this is to be expected of a small company who hand make all of their products - it was worth the wait.

Would certainly recommend ☺️
