Hysterectomy and Early Menopause Help
I’m going to be having a full hysterectomy later this year and I’ve been feeling very lost about the whole situation and the lack of answers I could find for help. I kept seeing Our Remedy Videos and saving them as they were so helpful so when I saw she had a Support Guide that you could download I was delighted. It is so informative and answers every question I have about what to expect with a hysterectomy, HRT help and everything your body will go through afterwards. Rachel has been really helpful also and I’m so glad I found her and Rayse.

An Invaluable Guide After My Hysterectomy
After being discharged from hospital following a total hysterectomy, I was shocked at the complete lack of aftercare or guidance. I was suddenly in surgical menopause with no idea what to expect or how to cope. Finding Rayse was like being thrown a lifeline.
Rachel writes with honesty, empathy, and experience. Her guide explained everything I was going through in clear, supportive language and made me feel genuinely seen and understood.
Rayse gave me practical advice, emotional reassurance, and the confidence to take control of my recovery and health. It’s the support I should have received from the healthcare system but didn’t.
If you’re facing surgical menopause or feeling abandoned after a hysterectomy, I can’t recommend this guide enough. Thank you, Rachel, for filling the gap with compassion and clarity.
