I joined the Rayse community while waiting for a hysterectomy. The support from everyone in the community when sharing anxieties and asking questions is incredible and the informational sessions and being able to look through other questions etc really helps to ease your mind.
Before and after my surgery I received no guidance, instructions or information about hysterectomy, surgery, recovery or anything I was just sent on my way all the information I have needed to have a so far smooth recovery has come from Rayse and the wonderful women in the community

Rachel is so knowledgeable and compassionate, and this shows up on the groups. We are all there for each other. I've learnt so much from women going through the same things as me and in turn I've shared my experiences. Being part of this community has and continues to be amazing. Thank you Rachel!

I’ve had such a positive experience with Rayse Community.

From the moment I joined, I felt genuinely supported and understood. It’s such a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly without feeling judged. The support and advice shared by others who have been through similar experiences has been invaluable.

What really stands out is how personal it feels – you’re not just another number, you’re truly listened to. It’s helped me feel less alone and much more confident navigating things I was struggling with.

I’m so grateful to have found this community and would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing support and understanding.

This is the only place I can ask silly questions and won’t get judged or given a silly answer. It really cuts out those lonely times we all experience pre and post op. It’s a place where you can be yourself with no judgement.

Rayse Community has been just the thing I need def to navigate having a hysterectomy. The community has been created to help and support each other an no question is silly or too embarrassing. I'm forever grateful for this community making my experience feel not so lonely.

This is such a great community for support that is just lacking…I stumbled across Rayse in the first few days after my hysterectomy and the emotional ups and downs of surgical menopause. I felt alone until I started to get answers from others in a similar situation to me, I have laughed and been completely reassured by all these other amazing women that are in the community. Rachel is just amazing for everything she puts together. Definitely feel I have found a safe place to talk!

Don’t know what I would do without this community.. I was given no information when I was going through my hysterectomy and without this group I wouldn’t know where to turn

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without this group. Going through a hysterectomy was one of the most challenging experiences of my life, both physically and emotionally, but having this kind of support made all the difference.

Being able to connect with women who truly understand what you’re going through is incredibly comforting. The advice, shared experiences, and encouragement I received helped me feel less alone and much more prepared for every stage of the journey—from surgery on the road to recovery and everything in between.

This group gave me reassurance on the hard days and celebrated the small wins with me too. It’s more than just a platform—it’s a community that genuinely cares. I’m so grateful to have found it, and I would recommend it to anyone facing a similar experience. 💛

Love this community. It’s helped me feel less alone: no question is too much or taboo. I would and have recommended it to women either on waiting list or who have had a hysterectomy:)

Incredibly supportive platform, has lots of resources and super community group has got me through my hysterectomy and aftercare - couldn’t have done it without it

Raise community is the best place for women I have ever found. You don’t get all the info you need from your doctor or hospital and here you have all the help advice and love from women who are going through the same as you. Offering advice and love and helping you to feel you’re not alone. It’s the most amazing space and has been so helpful to me before and after my hysterectomy.

Rayes community is a great support. I am in chemical menopause whilst waiting for surgery and have gained so much knowledge from the other ladies in the group. We all help and support each other through the ups and downs that we have. We don’t get this support in the nhs so it’s a great place to gain knowledge and support. Thank you Rachael for setting this amazing space up

Rayse is the community that doctors should be signposting women who want to connect with other women thinking of a hysterectomy or post-hysterectomy. The support and knowledge sharing is priceless. Through the Rayse community I have been match and paired with an amazing mentor (Lucy) who has made me feel at ease and confident in how to proceed with my health Decisions. Very thankful to Rachel and Lucy.

I cant really describe in words how invaluable the support I have received by you creating such an amazing support community. HRT, Pre surgery, Post surgery and EVERYTHING in-between has been amazing the kind of support you have offered and created.

This group is a great and safe space to help women. Rachel has brought so much help and information to the group, it's a time in our lives we're information gathering can be very overwhelming. I can recommend Rachel and feel completely safe in what she had created.

Great support and information in all areas of the menopause, supplements and general advice. I think I’d of been totally lost without the support and information Rachel has provided. Would highly recommend to all women!

This support guide to hysterectomy and early menopause is an absolutely incredible resource. I just can’t believe how much carefully researched and explained content there is and how generous Rachel is to share her experience. It is a really comprehensive guide and I really am grateful for it as I prepare mentally and physically for a hysterectomy. Thank you so much.

What a good read, it helped me answer all my questions I had. Lots of tips throughout, I’ve started with the smoothie and now I’m trying your vitamin along side the HRT. Thank you this has been very helpful.
