I've had a great experience with Rawrum…
I've had a great experience with Rawrum over the years. The team is knowledgeable and always helpful, addressing issues quickly like delivery or specific pet needs. My dog loves their natural UK-sourced treats, especially rabbit ears! Knowing their products are ethically made gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend Rawrum! Four stars!

My girls love their products
My girls love their products. From the moment they arrive the excitement builds and the parcel doesn’t stand a chance!! The treats are tasty and great for training, the duck chews are very well received, there isn’t anything left!!!!

Great products & great value!
Our favourite brand of dog treats for Coco, and she loves them too - especially the rabbits ears! We like it that Rawrum is a small UK company with ethical practices. As their products are sourced from the UK, we feel assured of their quality and more over, safety for Coco.

I'm furious with Rawrum
I'm furious with Rawrum. I ordered 6 items on 1/26 and received an out of stock refund notice on the 3 treats on 1/29 even though the treats are still available to purchase on the website. While waiting for the 3 toys that were parts of my 1/26 order I received that out of stock refund order yesterday 2/12. I just went on the website an was able to select every item from my 1/26 order to my cart 2/13 without any out of stock restriction. I have screen shots but there isn't an attachment feature or they would be attached. This is the worst customer service.

Really sorry to hear about this unfortunately as you are located in the US we have had to cancel and refund the full order due to the items not being able to be exported.
We did try to get ship the sensory balls over to you as we didn’t think this would be an issue although this got stopped at customs due to not having appropriate health certificates for exportation purposes.
We are currently working with shopify to remove ourselves from the global market as we only opted for the UK marketplace when setting up the platform initially so we shouldn’t be receiving orders from around the globe.
I would personally like to offer you $10 to spend at a American natural treats company as well as the full refund previously allocated (preferably a company that partakes in charity work)
If you would like to provide the information I will contact the company to get your credit allocated.
If there is anything else I can do to make this experience a little better for you, please do let me know again. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

This ball is my dogs favourite toy so it’s great to have a couple of replacements just in case we lose one. Arrived in time and in eco friendly packaging. Perfect, I couldn’t ask for or expect more than that.
