I placed an order from Colombia
I placed an order from Colombia, but had to assume additional costs, even though the website claimed that they had worldwide shipments. This was only communicated to me when I requested information on the status of my product.
Although my product arrived in perfect condition and I am very satisfied with it, I think that the process could be improved to make it more agile and reliable.

I love the product for my My University…
I love the product for my My University E-Sports hoodie, the material is really comfortable and I have my own gamer tag on the back, my Only issue would be that the sizes that were on the website doesn't really correspond around other product as like a usual hoodie, the size different is something I'm not used to, so i ordered a large despite using an XL, it fits fine but should it not have been accurate because its custom i wouldn't have been able to return it.
Preferably have these sizes checked or shown in retrospect to other hoodies.

Update
It takes quite some time to get the item delivered, but it’s worth it.
They have good customer service.
If you are in the US, you would choose 1 size bigger than your original size

I have found your order placed on 6th September and can see it was dispatched on the 29th September which is within our standard 3 week manufacturing time. Tracking looks like it hasn’t been delivered yet so I want to make sure this is resolved since the delivery time is beyond what our logistical partners state. Product is amazing, the shipping raised some questions
The quality of the ordered product is very good. Nothing to be mad about here.
I just wished I became an email when the order was shipped, because after the order confirmation I heard nothing from the shop until the order arrived.
