Had our home charger installed at our new property and had a great experience with the installation and now the usage. Scheduled to charge every night during our cheap tariff 👌🏼

My home charger has been great since installation a couple of weeks ago. RSS did a great job installing too.

I recently had a Ratio home charger installed and I have nothing but positive feedback to offer regarding the product and installation. I have a tethered 5m version of the io6 and it is so easy to use.....it also looks very pleasing on my property. The installation was fuss free and the care and quality of work by the electrician with regards to cable management and respect of my home, was second to none. I would highly recommend Ratio as a go-to supplier & installer if you're looking for a competitive yet quality charger in this slightly confusing world of home EV charging.

Very prompt delivery and proficient install of the charger. Very simple to set up in the app and technical support was perfect. I would definitely recommend Ratio to anyone looking to buy and have an electric charger install!

We are a farm business in a remote part of Herefordshire and chose the Ratio io6 with 4G to ensure continuous internet connection. The charger is pretty robust to withstand agricultural wear and tear. Philip and the team from Rheidol Electrical overcame several technical obstacles which required National Grid work and kept us in the loop throughout. Great communication and great service!

My contact at Ratio EV is Ben Thorp. He is always polite and friendly. He always picks up the phone answering questions and providing quotes in a timely manner. His provides an excellent service.

We have delivered a number of projects using RatioEV's products and solutions over the past 12 months. Predominately using their IO7 and DLB solution, they have become our go to products in terms of quality and suitability for most applications. With special thanks to Ben and Martin, the sales, support and aftercare have been faultless at every stage and we continue to build on our working relationship together.

Our business had issues with the 10 chargers were they started and stopped charger consistently.
We liaised with the installers who spoke with Ratio to try and rectify the fault back in September 2024.
Ratio advised the fault was that the chargers had an issue with Wi-Fi connection that resulted in a cost of approx. £1000 to get them all hardwired.
This did not resolve the issues and was relayed back to them.
As staff couldn't charge they had to utilise external chargers so they could perform their roles.
The problem went on for months and was finally rectified in November.
Claim was put in to help cover some of the additional costs occurred for external charging due to insufficient product supplied. Cost rose by approx. £2000 over the 3 months.
2 Months after putting in a complaint and request for financial contribution I have just heard back today that they are not willing to cover any incurred expenses as per warranty terms. These chargers had only been installed back in February 2024.

Severely disappointed with the communication, response time and ultimately no support financial from Ratio and would not consider there product for any future growth to the business.

Begin er niet aan, enkel ellende en problemen met Ratio apparaat, superslechte service en loze beloftes. App is onbetrouwbaar en vaker offline dan goed werkend. Al maanden beloftes voor updates en als update van app dan komt werkt de helft weer niet en klachten worden niet serieus genomen

Ik heb mijn oude, niet zo slimme, Ratio Solar laten aanpassen door Ratio. Nu kan ik contact maken met Tap electric. Met een gratis Tap abonnement stel ik mijn Ratio in als private laadpaal en kan ik de domme MG4 auto volautomatisch laten laden als de stroom goedkoop is. Het werkt dus prima met mijn dynamische contract bij Tibber.
Ik vind het een perfecte oplossing.

I found Ratio while i was looking for an EV charger for my company car, the cost was reasonable (not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for!) and delivery extremely prompt, initial set up couldn't have been quicker. I had an issue with the charger re-setting itself to a lower current rating randomly but this was sorted via 1 phone call to their technical wizards. Would definitely recommend.

We are currently working with Ben and the ration team on a number of installtions across the UK. They really do have a great team who are helpful and very responsive. The Ratio Hardware is high quality and fits in well to many of the projects we are carrying out.

I was looking for home charging unit supplied locally and came across Ratio. Product was very well made and just what I needed and although I had a few technical issues on the set up the Ratio team were both very prompt and helpful in sorting it out. Excellent customer service!

Super bedrijf, perfecte service, denken met je mee.
In verleden laadpaal gekocht bij laadpaal.nl, relatief duur maar naar zeggen perfecte service. Helaas hier is minder waar, waardeloze ervaring, geen service en wilde de laadpaal eventueel wel ophalen maar de kosten zijn dan 200 euro voor ophalen en 200 euro voor terugbrengen.
Met behulp van RATIO EV zelf gedaan en weggebracht, perfect gerepareerd valt onder garantie en kosteloos opgestuurd.
Nogmaals de service bij RATIO EV is perfect en dat mag ook wel eens gezegd worden.
mijn mening koop niet bij Laadpaal.nl duur en geen service, sorry moet ook gezegd worden.
By the way Ratio levert niet meer aan laadpaal.nl zegt misschien ook wel iets.
