The product is good, but
The product is good. I bought it first on amazon.es
I wanted to but more but it was not anymore available on Amazon. I decided to buy directly on their UK website
I bought the product 30 pounds, had to pay another 10 pounds for delivery and 20€ for custom and VAT. So if you are living in EU do not buy directly in UK. Thank you Boris !

Had an issue with one of the bags…
Had an issue with one of the bags breaking, customer service and Olly was very helpful and replaced the bag for me. Very good experience and very nice bag!

First order was received within 2 days…
First order was received within 2 days of ordering and has turned out to be a excellent product and has exactly as described.
They put in a discount voucher for other purchases. As I was looking for something else and they had exactly what I was after, I ordered it. However when paying, there was nowhere on the website to put in the discount code. I ordered anyway and then contacted Raquex about this anomaly. They came back to me immediately with an apology and refunded me the discount amount. I would gladly recommend this company. One point I would make to them though. Sort out the Web site purchasing screen, so that a discount code can be entered and the deduction be done automatically rather than having to contact them.

Have tried lots of other grip tape, but this one seems better. Would recommend for tennis rackets.

Like the material
Purchased a raquex badminton bag a few weeks ago. Like the material. Zip quality is good. Nice blue colour. Shoes comfortably fits in to the compartment. Ample space for rackets along with shoes.

Customer service won me over
I bought the cheaper tape from Raquex for my tennis racquets - the ones with perforations. I reviewed them on Amazon saying rather buy the more expensive tape as the one I bought is no good for regular club tennis. They saw the review, refunded my money and posted me their better tape to try. I was wary, so fitted it and waited a few weeks to see how it has lasted. Perfect. Strong, grippy and still almost as new after about 10-14 hours of play. Will keep buying from these guys.
