Before heading to Northside Chevrolet…
Before heading to Northside Chevrolet at 9400 San Pedro in San Antonio, Texas, it's advisable to review the negative feedback, as it holds true. I personally encountered unprofessional service and witnessed vehicle sabotage. During a service visit a few months ago, the technician mistakenly used the wrong transmission fluid after flushing out the old one. This error became apparent later when I noticed transmission issues. When I raised this with Alex, the Service Consultant, he denied the mistake and focused on unrelated matters, pressuring me to pay for additional services. After attempting to address the issue professionally, I sought out the service department manager, Mario Davila, who was unavailable until Monday. Despite explaining the situation to Robert, the Sales Manager, and inquiring about security footage, the matter remained unresolved. Upon meeting with Mario on October 20, 2025, he suggested further testing, which extended the service duration. Unfortunately, the dealership failed to provide the requested video evidence, and both managers avoided my calls. The lack of transparency and accountability at Northside Chevrolet is concerning. I was shocked to hear Mario admit to covering up the technician's mistake. This breach of trust, especially after being a loyal customer for a decade, has led me to caution others against using their services. The disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity displayed by the management is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to steer clear of Northside Chevrolet unless they are willing to endure delays, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct. It is essential to thoroughly research and consider customer feedback before engaging with this dealership
