Really quick and friendly recovery team, reassured us the whole time. Only waited 15 minutes for recovery. On the expensive side but wasn’t completely unreasonable.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service, was out to me in 25mins, very fast service after being stuck on the motorway for 4 hours with my motorbike after breaking down, helped me when none of these big companies like as, rac and green flag wouldn't, would highly recommend these to anyone with a car or motorbike that needs recovered brilliant all round and very nice guy that helped and a nice conversation on the way back.

After waiting over 4 hours for the AA to do nothing and my phone about to die (literally on 6%) I called and explained what was going on. I was dealt with very quickly and was reassured that someone would be with me within the hour. It literally took 10 minutes for my tyre to be changed and the mechanic was super friendly and definitely made me feel a lot less panicked than I had felt all evening. Thank you, for saving the day!

I’m very disappointed with the…
I’m very disappointed with the tyre-changing service I received. The staff were unprofessional, the work was poorly done. My tyre wasn’t fitted correctly, and I had to return to a different garage because it was still losing air—something that should have been checked before handing the car back. The garage said this was because it hadn’t been cleaned or sealed properly when changing, something simple that could have saved me a lot of money. On top of that, the communication was terrible, and I was charged more than originally quoted. I paid more than £300 for them to come out & change my tyre, for then to fit the wrong size to start with. Then I had to follow them with the wrong tyre on for them to fit the correct one.
3 weeks later I’m back at a garage to get yet ANOTHER tyre because they hadn’t fit it correctly.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unreliable experience, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

To clarify, the tyre was changed and fitted on the day of the call-out, and the vehicle left us in a safe and drivable condition. A tyre losing air three weeks later is unfortunately something that can happen due to a number of factors outside of our control, such as road damage, valve issues, or debris picked up after the job was completed.
Regarding the size, once the correct tyre was identified, this was rectified immediately to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive. We understand how frustrating breakdown situations can be and always aim to communicate clearly and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

My car stopped working
My car stopped working, by traffic lights, late on a Friday night. Rapid road help arrived in 30mins.
The guy on the phone was very reassuring and checked that my son and I (women) would be ok waiting during that time and that I felt safe.
The guy who arrived was lovely. He worked quickly, let us know what he was doing and how best to load the car. He delivered the car to the place we requested and gave his opinion on what the fault might be. He was kind, patient and reassuring.

Would use again
Left work a bit later than normal, noticed a completely flat tyre, wouldn’t keep any air in and all the garages had closed, was worried how I was gonna get home and if it was going to bankrupt me but they got over to me in about an hour and despite me having low profile pain in the backside tyres, had me driving away in another hour.
First guy on the phone was very nice and reassuring and explained everything clearly, he told me the total (because it was a straightforward tyre replacement), I paid a deposit to him by card over the phone and then got a message from the mechanic with an ETA, mechanic was also very friendly and reassuring and once the job was done I paid the remainder to the mechanic via bank transfer. Replaced with a new tyre not part worn and was given advice on carrying a spare etc.
Ideally you’re never caught short but if I am again I would use these guys in a heartbeat, didn’t cost the earth, felt safe being a woman by myself, and they did a good job 👍🏽

Saved our bacon!!
We had an urgent breakdown on a busy road and rapid road help answered very quickly, when no local company picked up or had the availability to help. We were seriously let down by LV recovery and desperately needed help asap.
In under two hours the driver was with us and had us safe and home.
This company saved our bacon and helped ensure the car was collected ASAP and avoided being impounded.
It was super easy to get in touch, kept up to date and had help over WhatsApp and honestly were absolutely fantastic.
Incredibly well priced, just over half of what the main local company quoted us and there within 90 minutes from confirming the job.
As much as I hope we don’t have to use a recovery service again, we will absolutely be back should the need arise!

"Deposit" just goes to their advertising costs, not the mechanic
What the title says pretty much, they'll claim a deposit that's two or three times the cost of the service (which you then have to pay the mechanic for anyway) and they just keep that and when challenged say it goes to their advertising costs. Really they are just sending jobs to WhatsApp groups with mechanics in and those pick up the job. Also trading under several different names according to one of the mechanics I talked to.
Not using real details because I don't want further harassment from them.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the deposit we take is usually around half of the quoted price. This confirms the job and allows a driver to be dispatched safely, as unfortunately we sometimes receive prank calls or cancellations after drivers have already set off. The deposit helps cover the driver’s time and fuel, so they are not left out of pocket, and also contributes towards admin and advertising costs to keep our service running smoothly.
We work with a professional network of recovery drivers and mechanics, and we provide real-time updates via WhatsApp and other systems so customers always know their driver’s ETA and details. The remaining balance is paid directly to the mechanic once the job is completed.
We aim to be completely transparent with pricing and communication, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t fully clear at the time.
We would like to also clarify that we only trade under a single business name. We are not operating under multiple names, and we’re unsure where this information has come from. Our focus is always on providing a transparent and professional service to our customers.

Tyre fitting
