I called them in a desperate attempt to get home after being jerked around by AA for 7 hours. While waiting I looked at the reviews and having sent a deposit, I was torn. But they in fact did show up(not in 20 minutes but an hour which is ok). At the end of the day someone did come and do their job so I’m not too considered with the logistics.

Please avoid, this is a very slick scamming company. They make you pay through a payment link to their company rocket car company but the website is carrecovery.uk. They have dealing with other companies not registered and make you pay the repair person again. They over charge inflated prices for budget ‘used’ tyres.

SCAM!!! Took £350 from my son, who was stranded, in the middle of the night on a country lane, with a flat tyre. Never showed up and after 4 hours, at 2am, he finally realised no one was going to come and help him. One lie after another they told him, whilst making him believe they were coming to help. I don’t know how they sleep at night!!!

Really worst company their mechanics are soo incompetent they cannot do diagnostics I paid 120 quid they didn’t show up scammers that mohhamed with middle eastern accent and that lady who handles calls they are scammers worst people I made sure I did a YouTube call out of this scammers so worst people ever this is why Britain is going down such jokers shud not be allowed to hold certified business isn’t there a way to fight them on this make sure they have it hard way ?Koz how can a company be this bad yet allowed to operated isn’t consumer protection initiated ?

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unreliable and Unprofessional Service

I had a terrible experience with this recovery company. My car broke down and I was told a driver would arrive within 30 minutes. Then the job was suddenly cancelled because the driver had an “emergency.” A few minutes later, I was told a different driver would be with me in 2 minutes, but when that driver called, they said they were actually over an hour away.

The information kept changing, nothing was consistent, and the service I paid for was never delivered. I requested a refund, which their agent agreed to in writing, but afterwards they started arguing against issuing it. Completely unacceptable.

I was left stranded, misled, and forced to chase a refund for a service they didn’t provide. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company at all.

Stay away! Dishonest & unprofessional 'company'. They charge you £154 in advance and promise service whitin 20 minutes. What they really do is searching in google surrounding services and calling them. That's why it lasts so long but there is nothing you can do at this point. Btw the actual job costs less than their fee. Absolute disgrace

Absolute scam, do not give these people your money, we wait for ages then got a text saying job cancelled now can't get money back they do not answer the phone once they have your money

Service Requested: I specifically requested a car recovery service equipped with a lift-capable tow truck, as my car’s gearbox is damaged and locked, making standard towing impossible.

What Was Delivered: The company arrived with an ordinary vehicle and a basic tow bar/trailer without any lift capability, making it impossible to recover my car. This rendered the service completely unusable.

Misrepresentation: This constitutes misrepresentation and failure to deliver promised services under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles me to services performed with reasonable care and skill and as described.

Absolute Scammers - DO NOT USE!! Reporting them as they fitted a supposedly 'new' tyre and it turned out to be 2nd hand with an illegal puncture repair job done on it (repaired was made within the tyre wall, illegal and dangerous).

Absolutely shit holes, and fraud company run by some Mohammed, beware before calling, they charge full payment as non-refundable deposit, scheme to dupe you.
