Superb product and service. we are absolutely delighted with our new sash windows. Three large bays completed in 4 days. Excellent attention to detail. Cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this company, very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

After having a conservatory and replacement entrance doors installed by them in 2017 and replacing some of our older double-glazing units and soffits in 2021, wanted to get the remaining windows upgraded as well.

The install team worked well and left no mess, and any problems quickly rectified.

Always impressed by their salesman and the after sales service is excellent.

R and D Goatley have completed two pieces of work for me recently to supply and install new doors and a window and new windows in my house.
My experience from start to finish has been excellent. They are a professional and very friendly firm who really get the importance of good customer service. The work was done to a very high standard and the quality of their finishing is really first class. The installation team especially were brilliant and always took care of my property and worked tirelessly finishing ahead of time and with excellent results.

Excellent service, quality products, fitted to a high standard. R&D Goatley gave us competitive price for a Sunflex bifold door, they delivered when they said they would, the quality of the product and expertise of the fitters is the best I've seen. When it comes to double glazing it's a no-brainer, there is only ONE option: R & D Goatley!! Just had our bedroom windows replaced (TS collection). Job was perfect fitted well and tidy workmanship. Product exactly as expected. Yet again, R & D Goatley delivers to a high standard! We are repeat customers, previously in 2007 we used R&D Goatley for a conservatory/orangery and again to replace front door. From our very first visit to their showroom we had confidence in choosing R&D Goatley. We chose Sunflex for our extension, such a quality product. We have had some delays with the build but Simon worked with us to accommodate our time schedule, when we did start the installation the team were excellent and the fitting is of a high standard. All team members showed respect for our home. Although the company was going through some personal sadness they still gave a 100% service. Thank you for helping to make our dream come true.

We ordered a high quality EDC Front Door through R&D Goatley Ltd.
We were very impressed with their professional service given - from agreeing the specification to fitting the door and addressing a minor issue.
We would strongly recommend them and approach them for any future requirements.

Great product, clean tidy install. Supplier did mess up the order and forgot to add an external lock even though it was requested (nothing to do with Goatleys) Simon and Jason sorted the issue with no problem. Amazing work to add the lock by Jason as well. They even gave me a piece of trim to help stop a leak on n an existing window unit, alas this didn’t work so I’ll be using Goatleys again to repair it properly.
