Bought swing cover.faulty after few months.they refuse to refund or replace.told go to trading standards lol what they gonna do.disgusting company and people who run it.

Ordered hose on a reel unable to check progress , I was told to expect it on 7th delivery still not arrived. I rang the telephone number shown on website and it goes straight to voicemail.

Will not be ordering via Wowvoucher again.

I ordered a garden hose an a reel, you cannot use it on the reel and it is a flat hose pipe, you have to fully extend it before use as any kinks in the reel stop the water. This wasn't made clear on the website. Only bonus was it did arrive in a timely manner. I don't recommend buying this product, There's no point in having the reel.

I ordered the LOL stationery set for my granddaughter and it's never arrived I've got one very disappointed little girl won't be ordering of them again total waste of time

Wow, I wish I'd have read these reviews before I ordered.
I ordered some lawn edging through Livingsocial where Ram online was and I thought it looked nice so ordered numerous packs but didn't realise that it was also through Wowcher who I've never used and would never use again
I had to pay £3.99 for every voucher I clicked on for delivery and I'd ordered 6 packs , I was shocked I thought that if you placed an order as one it would have been £3.99 for that one order but oh no
I've since had a missing delivery and nobody wants to know about it, neither Ram, Wowcher or Livingsocial.
Ram said I could have a refund on 2nd June but I still haven't received it and now their not answering
All Wowcher want is to give it as credit
Livingsocial the emails keep bouncing back
So everybody be aware of these companies
I'm now trying to fight it through PayPal but I'm not holding my breadth

I purchased 2 packs x 40 citronella incense sticks from RAM ONLINE LTD via Wowcher vouchers and was sent 2 packs x 30 incense sticks instead.

I also had to pay postage separately for each item but the orders were combined into one package.

I initially complained to Wowcher but was told I needed to take this up directly with RAM ONLINE LTD. I sent an email and several letters but never got a reply.

Why is Wowcher still advertising this awful company’s products?

And why are they still allowed to trade?

I have ordered lawn edging from these people via Wowcher. There is supposed to be 20 pieces of lawn edging measuring 30ft. I ordered two lots. I have had one lot of 10 pieces delivered yet it says on Wowcher that both orders have been delivered. I suggest that all people who have complaints about this company get in touch with Trading Standards and formally complain. I bet we'll get results then. I have only recently complained so if I have a response I will update on Trustpilot.

Bought an item through wowcher which I never received. They ignored all of my emails and wowcher's emails.

Disgraceful. One item arrived damaged other never arrived. They said they would refund the order - never have. Disputed via PayPal and the company have lied saying they sent both items. Awful to say the least.

Company also messaged me racial hate messages on social media. This has been reported to the police pending investigation.

I've also reported the fraudulent racist Company to trading standards.

Biggest con ever! I bought an item via wowcha and it arrived damaged. 3wks later and I still have no details of how I can return the item and get a refund. No answer from the merchant and wowcha are barely helping with only a WhatsApp message service which takes 48hrs to get a response. My complaint is still unresolved. So ridiculous given how simple it is to do any transactions online these days. DO NOT ORDER from these people!!!!

Terrible company, three emails sent, no response, unable to get through on phone.Ordered three Harry Potter advent calendars all in faulty condition, kids in tears. Unfortunately these were ordered through wowcher who as others have said take no responsibility.

Placed an order beginning of November have emailed Customer Service twice. No response. Unfortunately this was via Wowcher too who are equally as bad and don't take any responsibility for orders placed via them

Ordered a peppa pig advent calender using a voucher on Wowcher, it arrived in good time but i am not happy with the condition of it, it has been cellotaped in a few places to hold it together and it is also torn, therefore i would like a refund please

Order via wowcher - 2 harry potter advent calendars - the photographs appear to show a more grown up version with photographs of the actual actors of the film rather than the cartoon figures on the versions I received. With delivery - have wasted 25 quid on these. No answer on the phone number given on the website.

I received the 'giant' snakes and ladders game which was tiny so I would like a refund please

Ordered an outdoor game via Living Social.
Supposed to have been delivered by 14 June nothing has arrived.
Have chased several time via email - no reply! Shocking service ! Be warned steer clear
