My order was incorrectly addressed by Ram to another part of the country, so not received by me. The company did not respond to my emails and did not answer the phone. I've used chargeback, like others on here.

Purchased a sprayer, never arrived! Very poor customer service, contact number is a mobile with no pick up! Don’t buy from these cow boy as you’ll never receive it and end up getting frustrated and a refund from your credit card!

This company should be struck off. Wrong inferior product delivered. Unable to reach company by phone. Company does not respond to messages through website. Judging by other reviews this company is scamming its customers and should not be trading on Amazon or anywhere else in the UK

A shame organisation order acknowledged and order number received and so clawed delivery Instructions! No goods received, no one answers the phone or returns calls no respnds to email! Have reported to bank and will do to trading standards. Be aware

I ordered a 15 m flat hose on a reel with spray gun paid my £8.95 and never heard anything sent six emails no reply and every time I phone the number on the website all I got was a BT answering service left messages but no one ever come backhad to cancel the payment utterly waste of time warning avoid

This seller had advertised free returns on the product. When completing the return form, there is a charge. I have contacted the seller twice to honour their advertisement and have been ignored. They have now removed the 'free returns' from the producy, but I have a screen shot. Amazon are unable to resolve as it is a 3rd party company, but have also made contact and passed on to their internal team.

They have taken payment but am receiving conflicting email messages saying 'order will be refunded' & 'Awaiting fulfillment'. No answer from my emails so not looking good. Should have read Trustpilot first and I would have avoided them

Please don’t fall for this company as I did. I should have read all the negative reviews first!!
I ordered a hanging bird table and received two green plastic bags. Impossible to reach them by phone, answering machine only not accepting to leave a voicemail, no response to my email. The base seems to be in the UK and the registered CEO as per company house is too. But absolutely no reachable customer service. I would give less than one star if I could!

Only received half my order. I ordered 40 stone affect tiles for the garden. I only received half the order. Contacted them via their messaging service, then emailed and left multiple telephone messages. TOTAL SILENCE. I will not deal with them in future, and intend to report them to trading and standards their customer services is unacceptable.

I purchased a parasol from this company it arrived with 2 parts missing I have tried to contact them by phone and email had no reply.Please avoid they are not worth it.

Order did not turn up, now 4 days overdue but the worst thing is that their 'tracking' still marks it as dispatched and due to arrive on July 2nd. No way of contacting the carriers Evri except a useless chatbot which only recognises pre-programmed topics. When Amazon had some integrity they didn't work with companies like this one - you have to check everything on Trustpilot now before ordering.

Stop letting this company rip you off.
If you do not receive your item contact your bank/Paypal your bank will do a charge back.
If your order arrives damaged missing items again contact your bank and do a charge back.
This company is taking payment for item and they do not arrive, you are entitled to the money back, they have to prove they delivered items to you.
And now to let you all know why so many missing orders, this company is a Chinese company, YES it looks like a UK company because they simply register in the UK but your items are either sent direct from China or from a UK warehouse that many Chinese companies use, Everything they sell you will most likely find on Aliexpress Shien Temu and many more.
It is all cheap made crap.
I sent them tracked emails, they do open and read your emails but fail to reply.
My item like many others has not arrived but not to worry I will do a charge back and get my £4.99 back. £4.99 from 100 buyers is £499.00, easy money for nothing.

Ordered item through b&q, got delivered empty package, that would have never contained the item ordered, check b&q site, is not selling products through this firm before ordering.

Ordered on Wowcher and never received. No response to emails either. Ordered another item on Wowcher not realising it was the same company and the same happened again. Avoid at all costs!

I was hesitant but they have improved! I bought my heavy duty bags and the washing line and they were outstanding and fitted my soft underground in my garden thank you!

Don't buy from this company ! Goods ordered and delivered quickly, but contents of self assembly package are contaminated (i.e Incorrect number of parts) so unable to use the product whatsoever. No responses to emails or messages left. Obviously a scam company, I have even emailed the owner Debbie Dey and still not the courtesy of a response. This seems to be reflected in reviews left on other sites. Rubbish company and a rubbish and dishonest owner.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! Paid for some garden borders via Wowcher, haven’t received them. Sent numerous emails and no courtesy of a response. Avoid this company, Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves for still letting them advertise, I will never use Wowcher again and certainly would not recommend buying anything from RAM! Disgraceful!!

No reply from email or via telephone. Unable to contact the company. I would 100% avoid using them at all costs.

Harry potter art set ordered and paid for early September not yet arrived made complaint no body got back when they did said I had not ordered right think this scam company
