Beautiful flowers, ruined by marketing
The flowers were beautiful and would have done the job perfectly. What changes the grade from 5 to 3 is the completely unnecessary marketing gimmick towering out of the beautiful bunch of flowers. To see such an ugly thing in what should have been a romantic gesture is unacceptable. I grade that a 0. So the average is 2.5, but I'm generous so I round upwards

We understand that you felt it was inappropriate for what should have been a romantic gesture. The card is included so the recipient knows which florist the flowers have come from, but we appreciate that you would have preferred the arrangement without it.

Wonderful from start to finish! I've used Ramsbothams for many years, the owner is a lovely individual who operates a classic small business. Amazing attention to detail, the flowers were exceptional, the handwritten notes were written beautifully and they accommodated my last minute change of delivery address.
