Depends on which order. The glasses were great and worked well; the camera helmet wasn't as good. I requested a refund for the helmet and explained my concerns, but I received no response. I'm stuck, and if asked, I would not recommend your products.
I ordered the glasses from Rallymove, they were delivered relatively quick. I charged them up, read the user manual and off I went. I tried taking photos and video from the glasses and it worked. Starting a video I feel could be quicker as you have to hold the button down longer. I felt that using the app to control the video was much quicker. After my ride was over I checked the video and transferred it to my phone. Video transfer takes longer but that's to be expected. Video quality was outstanding, picture quality is just as good as a phone. Audio quality is good unless you're riding or is a windy day. All you hear is wind and it's very loud. When I emailed support about it they were apologetic and tried to help with suggestions as best they could. Unfortunately the only solution is to deleted all audio and add my own music to the video. Not exactly what I was hoping for. The end result was Rallymove offered a refund percentage that we both were happy with and I can keep the glasses. If you want high quality pictures and video, these glasses are 5⭐s. If you don't mind editing video and inserting your own soundtracks (due to extreme wind) then these are a great option due to the picture and video quality. Customer service was on point and helpful. I didn't have to wait more than a day for answers or responses (I'm in the US, I'm assuming they are not). I give the glasses 4stars for Picture and Video quality and for service and response time. Audio keeps it from 5stars.

My husband and I ordered these to use on our gravel/road rides. We love them! Complete hands free pic and video taking to capture moments during your ride. Even on the trail, there’s no bouncing, and the image quality is amazing! They don’t slip either; they stay put. Very happy with these!
Quite honestly,im still learning and haven't used it out of the house. That being said,it hooked up easily and now I have to be comfortable anle with it. Jeck back
Order placed on 9/8. Not received until 9/20. Shipping updates lacked info on where package was in route.
Picture quality is great! But, the batteries didn’t even last through one 4 hour bike ride, even though it was effectively in standby mode (switched on but not
playing music or taking frequent pics). Also, the sunglasses started hurting the bridge of my nose. Not sure I want to keep them…
The glasses are easy to use and simple to upload pictures and videos after a ride. They are slightly heavier than regular sunglasses, but not enough to be a problem. I have really enjoyed using mine.
Amazing for the price. The photo and video quality are excellent. Much better than I anticipated. The sound quality is not as good as something like the Oakley Vanguard glasses (yes I have both). It's a bit tinny. The fit is good but I wish there were more than one nose piece. They are easy to charge and have a surprisingly good battery life. I took them out on a seven hour ride and didn't have any problem. They can be charged with a USB-C cable and a power bank (any power bank will work) so even if you are out for multiple days no bulky case is needed. You don't need to worry about breaking the case. Cables and Power Banks are available everywhere (except Antartica). They are very light and so far fairly durable. I wish the buttons were on the bottom of the arm piece, not the top. My helmet keeps hitting the photo button. The photos are easy to transfer. The amount of storage was surprisingly good. The controls are very easy to figure out and easy to learn. If you are most interested in audio, these are not for you. If you are interested in photos and video, these are awesome glasses. Well worth the price.
Glasses worked well. Video was occasionally choppy, could be stabilization issue. Taking photos is a delay from button the taking the photo. Instructions were the only reason I gave 4 stars, getting operational was fine, but did not state how to clear memory on glasses. Still don't know, had to factory reset to clear memory.

The Rally glasses does exactly what I was sold and more. I like the HD video for my bicycle rides and I love being able to listen to my music during long rides.
